I was visiting my son and this was my first experience and I loved the food. I got the smokehouse reuben and it was very filling. I only got 1 side but I was so full it didn't matter. I will definitely eat here again on my next visit!!
Very attractive restaurant with fun decor and classic furnishings. The server was first rate, taking excellent care of us. We were super happy to know they offer Coke Zero as my diabetic hubby prefers that to normal diet soda. The house made corn muffins with honey butter were super tasty and much appreciated. The County Burger was delicious but too big for me. Next time I will go for the cheeseburger that hubby ordered. The fries are seasoned and double fried so big marks for that. They were out of mash and gravy but we were their last table of the night so that's not a big deal. It really looks like everything is made fresh daily, not just the smoked meats.We had a great time and look forward to returning.

The food here was outstanding. The cornbread was wonderful. During my visit to Hampton VA I tried different restaurants this one was the best out of all the ones I tried. You have to get that mofo cornbread man I really enjoyed it. I ordered the 1/2 chicken, with smoked chicken wings, and 1/2 ribs, with collar greens, and Mac and cheese. My wait staff was outstanding and helpful I really appreciated her patience. (Give her a raise) At first I was eating in, then I had to leave. Due to the fact I had to get my travel group back home I bought my food home it was enough to feed my daughter, granddaughter, and myself. I Love a hardy meal that is prepared with old school love i.e.someone who knows how to cook BBQ. If I have the opportunity to return to Hampton VA I will eat there my entire trip because I want to try everything on the menu. Please don't change anything on your menu. I look forward to my next visit.

We came here for dinner on Wednesday night. The place was busy due to wine and drink specials. I ordered the ribs. The meat was tender but not falling off the bone with lots of smoke flavor. The baked beans are very tasty. We had the bucket of wings as an appetizer . They were delicious. The order of stuffed shrimp did come with a hair, but our dinner companion just removed it and continued eating. Just have to add that menu items are pricey. Three of us ate, and it was 80 bucks without drinks.
Got to say the food was great, but I even confirmed there was dressing in my take out, but there wasn’t. Good food, but slack attention to detail

We have had our food delivered from here twice, and both times, the food was amazing! I, unfortunately, don’t have pictures from our first delivery, but I do for the second. The first time, I had the BBQ Egg-rolls. I thought they were going to be the size of regular egg-rolls, but I was wrong. There are two, big egg-rolls stuffed with pulled pork BBQ, and the taste was immaculate! I had to eat the rest for lunch the next day because I was full just from eating one! And the dipping sauce that comes with it just enhances the already great taste of the egg-rolls. The second time, my husband had the bacon wrapped shrimp, I had the meatloaf and BBQ beans, and we both had fries. My husband said the shrimp was delicious! This was my first time having BBQ on my meatloaf, and it was sooooo good!! Not only was the flavor out of this world, but the meatloaf itself was cooked magnificently. The BBQ beans were also amazing! My husband had originally ordered mac & cheese, but I guess they didn’t have anymore so they substituted that with the beans. I’m glad they did! The fries were nice and crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. They were not greasy at all, which is how I like my fries. I HIGHLY recommend eating here! Hopefully next time we will be dining in to eat. ?
