Worst one I've ever visited in the country. The host was rude, the food was awful, and the restuarant had a bad smell and looked dirty. The rice in the Cajun shrimp skillet was hard and the country fried steak was dried and lukewarm. The server was friendly, but this was an awful experience, and I had a guest visiting from out of the country.

Our past two visits to Cracker Barrel have been incredibly dissapointing and ended with our leaving without eating. For some reason, a table for two is of no priority. We have had to wait over 45 minutes. This is an abrupt change and appears to be worse than the decline in service after covid in 2020. It's very sad and unsustainable. The restaurant will suffer. We will just eat at home. Again, no wait for a table...getting food exceeded 45 minutes...we didn't eat.

Avoid. The coke or the dr. Pepper tasted like nothing. Greed. Food was not cooked. Took a long time to even get the food. Almost walked out. Go someplace else.

Waitress and management in another world unbelievable folks just ask yourself this question restaurants has like 2 tables very slow when I was there how do you send out a cold bacon and egg sandwich then remake it and it's cold again and grilled chicken tenders burnt the worst run cracker barrel EVER DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE

It's been many, many years since my last visit to this Hampton Cracker Barrel. I've been a fan over the years, but have seen this Darden brand decline since Covid. I just recently began to return.

My service was on a Sunday afternoon. No issues with parking and I found the lot debris free.

Upon arrival I could see there was a wait, but expected it and had time as a solo diner. No staff was by the doors at the time I entered. So I moved to the hostess station and provided my name, phone for text and was told 10-15 minutes.

I browsed around the merchandise which is always interesting. They had several displays of Halloween up and ready to go. Everything was neat and clean as well as attractive.

I received a text within the promised timeframe. The hostess seated me in a table that was not wiped off, but soon after a staff caught it. I received a menu and silverware. I already knew what I wanted and waited for my server who appeared after a few minutes for drink. I told him ready to order. However, he was not prepared.

Within 10 minutes or so my drink and ordered the grilled chicken with sides of salad and steamed broccoli. I've had this before and wanted to repeat. I passed on bread.

My food hit the table in around 25-30 minutes. I had wished I asked for salad out first as I was hungry. They were still busy, but the dining room was not at capacity.

My plate looked good and salad fresh. I found the broccoli fresh and yum! The grilled chicken was good, not great. Not as good as last time. Salad was great! The waiter did check in a few times.

I received the bill in a timely manner and paid by using the QR code on the receipt which was easy. 3+, rounding down as I feel everything was more just OK. I would return.

The server Torrance was great! We got drinks etc on time and the food was great! Great friendly staff and love the store too

The new campfire shrimp 🍤 is so yummy! Thanks for the great fast lunch even on a Sunday!
