Arrived for breakfast. There was a 30 minute wait to be seated. Which is understandable for this time of year. Upon being seated, the waitress came to our table for drink orders and advised us that they WERE OUT OF regular caffinated coffee and orange juice and had been since the day before. Only had decaf coffee. This is unsatisfactory...should have been notified before waiting 30 minutes for a table. There are those,such as my husband, who only drink caffinated coffee and enjoy oj with his breakfast. How does a major chain restaurant run out of caffinated coffee and oj at the busiest time of the season. Poor management/poor leadership??? Thanks for allowing me to share.

Arrived and waitress told us that they were out of chicken, beef and meatloaf. She was attentive and service was good. Hadn't been to this location for a long time due to inconsistent food and poor service. Service much improved. Food we ate was fair to good, but lack of choices was not good.

Our dining at Cracker Barrel was delicious and pleasant. Our server was very attentive and approachable. Both restaurant and retail managers were working side by side with their employees. Nice atmosphere!

The food at this Cracker Barrel (CB), like all CBs is very good. The cooks however should time the plating better. The sides of my wife's meal were luke warm. Upon artival at our table, my entire meal was at best room temperature while my wife's chicken was piping hot. I ordered eggs over medium with little to no scorching and they came fried hard and brown on one side. Our wonderful server, Addyn, immediately reordered my eggs. However by the time Addyn brought the new ones to the table (she watched them being cooked when they came up in the queue she did not neglect her other customers) my meal was almost cold. The Host, whose name I do not know, had to spend one third of his observed time bussing tables, one third seating customers, and one third of his time putting his arm around every willing female wait staffers shoulders. It is obvious when things are busy at this CB bussing staff is necessary. Addyn bussed her own and other tables as she was able. She never seemed to be standing still the whole time we were in the store. My wife made the observation that every CB at which we dine is cold. She observed older people sitting at tables wrapped up in coats and scarves. This location needs serious upper management supervision and control.

Ham smelled weird eggs not well done made wife sick ....threw it all up bought a hoodie and they failed to remove the security tag shm....

The food is not as good as it used to be. Mashed potatoes were dried out and cold. Baked potato was ice cold. Wait time was almost an hour with it almost empty of guests. The waitress kept making excuses as to why the wait time was so long.
This is our third time back with this type of service. We will not be back to eat. The shopping aspect of Cracker Barrel is great. I will continue to shop for fun and unique items there.

I miss the brown paper menus which had a much wider selection than the current menu. Otherwise, it's Cracker Barrel; you know what to expect: playing checkers or with golf tees waiting on your food.

Food was cold. Presentation of grandma sampler was horrible. Service was terrible. Waiter kept asking what food we got. Kept having to repeatedly requests for things like asking for refill. Very horrible place to go.

Coffee was warm ay best, took forever to get my food despite it being very slow, 3rd time its happened now. Rather eat a bowl of creial or go to Waffle house over this. Won't be going back.
