They have friendly service.

Me and the family always go to cracker barrel when we travel. This location, by far, has had the best service and food that we've experienced at any of the many locations we've been to. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was just better. I don't know what it is that sets them apart, but they're definitely doing it right. 10/10 will definitely be back.

Upset they removed my favorite dish. On my spouse's dish the bacon wasn't crispy to our liking. My original choice was out and wasn't told until all the other food was brought out. Then it to roughly 20 to 30 mins before I received the dish I ordered to replace my original order. Waiter was very attentive, but would have been nice if management would have been notified and maybe had some kind of compensation for the inconvenience that out of my control.

I had the pleasure of dining at Cracker Barrel recently, and I have to give a special shout-out to Trey, who made our visit truly memorable. From the moment we sat down, he was nothing short of amazing. His attentive service, warm personality, and ability to anticipate our needs made the experience so much better than we expected. I honestly didn’t know what I was in the mood for—just wanted to get out of the house for the day with the kids. A quick stop at Cracker Barrel was Jaxon's idea, and it turned out to be the best decision! Trey’s impeccable service was a highlight of the visit. Whether it was his helpful suggestions or just his genuine care to ensure we had a great time, he stood out. The whole experience was wonderful, and Troy made it even better. Highly recommend him if you find yourself dining there!

I have to say, not only was Troy amazing during our visit, but there was another waiter, John, who always seemed to either be the one to greet me or end up serving us. He’s such a standout as well! John is incredibly nice and always so helpful. Even if he’s not your assigned waiter, he’ll go out of his way to help anyone who walks through the door. His willingness to make sure everyone has a great experience makes Cracker Barrel feel like a special place to dine. It’s not often you come across servers who genuinely care for every guest, and John does just that every time I’m there. Both Troy and John truly make the visit worthwhile, and I can’t wait to go back!

Order mobile pick up, drove up clicked the I’m here button they come out quick. Handed me my food quick and left quick. I checked my bags because I knew something was going to be missing because it always is. As expected I was missing my biscuits and my cake. I called the 1st time and was hung up on the second time I was on the phone for 10 mins got transferred 2 times before curb side finally answered just for them to be oh we forgot to tell you we are out of cake, I was like okay can you refund me and still bring me the biscuits. They said they would and I got my biscuits finally after 15 mins 10 which was on the phone, but never got my refund and my food was cold by then of course:/ I won’t come back not for mobile pick up always would give zero stars if I could

Worst Cracker Barrel I've ever been to. And we go to them all over. Server was short with us. Not pleasant at all. The bread was hard as a rock, I've never had an empty cup at any other Cracker Barrel so this was a first. My daughter wanted to order a To-go order of their early dinner, the server waited until 6:01 to take that order so that we couldn't get the early dinner price and charged us for the full meal. Fine that's whatever. If they were busy I would completely not be posting this. But our server had two tables. And there were two other tables on the other side being handled by another server. They were slow enough to have time to joke, laugh and carry on where the whole restaurant could see where they prepare their rock hard bread baskets. To say the least, this Cracker Barrel will not be revisited. I will drive the extra hour to the next one. Hampton, VA
