Gave this store another shot just to be pissed again. The young worker didn't want to give me different cookie because she said he manager will not allow it. Why are you selling cookies that look nothing like the display?!!!? I'm done with this company!!!!! You have workers that don't care about to qualify if cookie that comes out !!!! But will gladly take your money.
A company is only as good as the employees they hire..the younger generation just doesn't care about quality. One day the cookie is soft the next its hard and crunchy. I been having more issues recently with the quality of the bake and appearance. Will be giving this company a break. Your employees do not care and I work to hard to enjoy the things I do get to enjoy. You don't get to keep taking my money for a product not advertised because staff simply dont care what's put out. This was the last straw for me

Went around 3:30pm and the workers were rude. Hair was halfway sticking out the hair net, was aggressive with packing the cookies and had MOLD on the cookie in the clear cases. Nasty and wouldn’t want to go again.
