It's hit or miss but what happened today made me write a review. I got a total of 6 items so I understand it can be confusing. When I got home, 1 of my items was wrong which okay I can even understand. But they handed me 5 items and I said I had one more thing, the girl acted annoyed, gave me my blizzard, then threw the lid at me and said here's your lid. Extremely rude. If there was a closer DQ I'd go there instead.

The ice cream was good as always, but the brownie bits were disappointing. They lacked flavor and had a bland, almost stale taste. Definitely not what I expected. I recommend avoiding that topping if you’re looking for something rich or chocolatey—it just doesn’t deliver.

My wife loves this place. It’s just about the only place she will get her milkshake…and she loves it b
I purchased two ice cream cones today and employee that handed them to me was the manager (Jax). They had their hands all over the cone... Keep in mind they had long fingernails that were pretty nasty looking. When I got a refund she denied ever touching the cones. I suggested using napkins to hold the cones that way she wouldn't be touching the food the customers expected to eat.
