The workers r rude they didn’t tell me anything and when I went up and asked for the food that was sitting on the counter. They got really mad and I was like you’ve already asked in a very rude tone do not go here

Very disappointed!! There were only a few people...lol...so we got seated right away. I ordered some pancakes and etc. However, they need to do something about their drink machine, first I ordered a root beer and it was flat, so I replaced with a dr. pepper, which was also flat. The waitress never came to check on us so therefore I never received any free refills(according to their menu) that I paid for. I do not recommend the location in Hampton. The servers are constantly being replaced and the service gets worst every time. I'm officially done with Denny's!!!!

I’m a food delivery driver. I went into dennys to pick up an order this morning and it was AWFUL. Another driving had been waiting for 30 mins for someone’s order. The cook was nonstop arguing with the server. Very loudly. The other employees did not seem to care that drivers were there for pickup. We were asking for the orders and were ignored. Employees were rude and had bad attitudes. A lot of eye rolling when drivers were asking for orders. The server was delivering food to the wrong tables. It was just chaotic and the environment was extremely unwelcoming.

This is always our go to spot. Has been for years. We absolutely love the staff. When I think I have a sure nuff favorite they hire someone else and their personality and customer service vibe is to notch too. So we have several favorites. Even when the take out board is FULL they take care of us. Food is always great but we keep going for their personalities.

The young lady who was my server was great, even the food was good. The fries sucked but that's not the employees fault that's the restaurants fault for switching to those. But it is very understaffed.

We placed a to-go order. We walked in, and everyone ignored us. The girl up front didn’t even check to see if our order was ready. She just looked at us and said they would call our name when it’s ready, even though our order was sitting to the side. It sat there for 20 minutes because she refused to look our way. We had to physically point out the order that was sitting to the side. The bad part was that we waited 20 minutes before picking up the order, so it wasn’t like we were rushing them. I hate to say this, but we had a similar experience two years ago and didn’t go back because of it. We tried again today because we figured maybe it might be different, but no.
