The app tell me 36-40 minutes delivery time. 50 minutes later I called the store looking for my order and they had difficulties even trying to find it when the app is telling me 1 minute. I was insured that my food would not be cold when I got it and 25 minutes later when it finally showed up it was barely piss warm. Had I known it was going to be an hour and 15 minutes add another 10 minutes on the phone with the manager complaining I would not have ordered it and wasted my money just go to bed hungry with cold food going the waste. Domino's needs to seriously work on their app to be able to give more accurate times for a delivery order. The service I got tonight reminds me of the service I used to get from the Mercury store before moving to my current home.

I ordered online for delivery. It said 35 to 40 mins. It took and hour and a half. The tracker would count down from 5 mins and go back up this happened for 30 mins. The pizza was luke warm when I got it and I was given no explanation as to why it took this long. This is the third time it has taken over an hour to receive my order. Which is typically simple order large cheese, a large pepperoni and a large supreme.

I really like dominos and my delivery experiences from this location is always terrible… even when you do a pickup order and arrive within 5 minutes if it being ready the pizza is somehow cold. How does a pickup order take an hour?

I have no choice but this location for delivery. Everytime I order almost there’s a problem with my order. Today I order a pizza it took like an hour to get here. When I got here it was lukewarm so we sent it back with the driver took like another hour for my food to get her. Very dry. No extra and again lukewarm not warm for really. They claimed my pizza was hot I’m so tired of this location every once and awhile my order will be correct. It’s not there food they’re eating so of course they don’t care. Terrible cooks

Don’t waste your time.

I placed an online order at 7:47, and waited over an hour, only to learn my pizza had been delivered to the wrong address. Now some stranger has my personal info on the outside of the box, along with my pizza. I called the store for a refund and could barely understand the woman mumbling on the other end.
