I’ve really tried holding out on writing a review here for the longest time but something needs to be said or it won’t ever be fixed. This is my local Dunkin and I come here quite a bit and spend quite a bit as well. I seriously cannot recall the last time I wasn’t told at least one item I asked for was out of stock. It doesn’t matter if it’s 11am or 7am. Overall the staff here is very nice and the food I do get usually comes out fine but someone else needs to take over handling inventory here and I cannot stress that enough.

Came here this morning and I’ve officially had enough over 10 times I have came here and they are always “out of bread”. Literally ridiculous not even past 11am. Doesn’t make any sense, find better employees that actually do their job

The absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts location I’ve ever been to in my life. Sat in the drive-through for 40 minutes, didn’t move a single spot no communication whatsoever, and this is not the first time. I gave it another chance after I went there last week and they only had two employees working Food came out cold, coffee was cold, and they weren’t busy at that time. Stay away, never go to this terrible location.

Maybe they don’t have enough people working? I went in and stood in line, none of the workers even acknowledged me, even after waiting for a while for them to work on the order of the person in front of me. No one seemed to have any kind of drive to get orders moving along so that people were taken care of in a timely fashion…. they moved like molasses in January. And they didn’t even have all of their available donuts refilled. I do not recommend this location.

I wish this Dukin was better, but it’s quite literally the worst Duncan I’ve ever been to. Service sucks. Their espresso machine has been broken for two months. The quality of their coffees is terrible. Their sweet tea is sour food qualities terrible. Just wish it was better.
