Dunkin'

The young man working the window was very polite and caring but you're a coffee and donut place out of several items. If an item is discontinued the manager goes into the system and marksbit unavailable. But then again, if you're out of multiple items its likely a failure on said managers part. Looks like the franchise owner needs a new team leader. Hard pass on using this location anytime in the near future.

Almost always out of what I'm ordering.

Their drive thru like never works and their attitude is just trash for no reason, maybe don't have people who hate working there work the drive thru or something!

Nice little store right beside the Hampton coliseum. The clerk was polite and I found what I needed here. Really convenient if you need to grab something before heading to the coliseum to see a show.

This has to be the rudest DD I have ever been too. The staff is so rude and slow as hell!

Got here around 10 a.m only one car in the drive-thru, but service was still really slow. They didn’t even have matcha this early in the morning, didn’t add the sugar I asked for, and were out of medium cups.

This Dunkin is some trasshhhhh. You wait in the drive thru for like 10 minutes. No one greets you at the speaker, so you gotta be like yoooo anyone there. And then you wait another 10 mins before you get your stuff.

Drive thru ignored me both times i went here and when i went inside there was nobody at the counter and waited 5 minutes and eventually gave up. (also when i did get to order i got a chai and it was terrible)

I really get a regular coffee.

waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes with one car in front of us. then once we got to the window we paid and it was the wrong order and then we had to give our whole order again. after that, they refunded us cash cause she couldn’t figure out how to use the register. donuts were also horrible and still got the wrong order. don’t recommend!

Everything about THIS location is disgusting even the watered down burnt coffee they served me.
