Drive thru ignored me both times i went here and when i went inside there was nobody at the counter and waited 5 minutes and eventually gave up. (also when i did get to order i got a chai and it was terrible)

waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes with one car in front of us. then once we got to the window we paid and it was the wrong order and then we had to give our whole order again. after that, they refunded us cash cause she couldn’t figure out how to use the register. donuts were also horrible and still got the wrong order. don’t recommend!

The staff here is very rude and they did not treat me well when I asked to order.

Went to buy doughnuts and the employees didn't know how to use the register.. rude employee just walked sway with an attitude and didn't bother to accommodate me at all.. do not go here
This location is painfully slow at the drive thru. 23 minutes for a coffee. Once you’re in line there is no escape.

Slowest Dunkin’ I’ve ever gone to. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes before even ordering with 1 car ahead of me. After waiting, I tried to order an iced coffee but they were out of ice.
