I would avoid this place like the plague. Terrible customer service. The drinks taste drastically different depending on who makes them. They are slow to help customers and even slower making your order. They never have croissants or whipped cream. Last time I went 2 weeks ago they “forgot” an egg on my bacon egg and cheese croissant almost forgot one of our drinks and they tasted terrible. Meanwhile their crackhead looking manager is walking around not doing anything but talking extremely loud(passively telling customers) saying if we are taking too long they can go somewhere else, if they don’t like it tough, etc. blaming their lack of speed and accuracy on being short staffed but there are at least 3 people working. If the manager got off her a$$ and worked they would be quicker. Like I said this place is terrible and I will never go back until there’s new management and employees with proper training.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel at the drive thru, and received a sesame seed bagel with cream cheese. I returned to the location with the bagel and explained what I had ordered and that they had given me the wrong item. The woman I spoke to said that it wasn't her fault because she wasn't the one who helped me, but she'd fix it. I wasn't there to point fingers, I get it was an honest mistake and really don't mind that much, I just want my breakfast sandwich. She hands me another bag and I leave, and as I'm driving off, opening what should have been my breakfast sandwich, I find that once again I have the wrong thing, this time a plain bagel with cream cheese. Now I'm getting mad, I shouldn't have to return twice to get the food I asked for.

Workers goof off and take forever to wait on customers.Got to the window and I’m handed my tots. A few minutes later they ask what else I want? I said my coffee? They said “Oh” and proceeded to give me a cup of hot water with cream and floods in it. See photo! That is not too much cream that is almost no coffee and hot water.

Ordered 2 coffee drinks. One was a regular iced coffee with creamer and flavoring. Other one was an iced latte with cream, cold foam and flavorings. Tell me why my ice latte was white? Literally just white no coffee. And the refund process is difficult for no reason. My drink is messed up refund my money. Who the heck forgets to put coffee in a drink at a coffee shop. They’re making boycotting Starbucks hard because of the dumbassery of this place.

This dunkin' is always more worried about drive through than anything else. It took more than 5 minutes to get a toasted bagel with cream cheese at 5:15am when there was no line except a car or two in drive thru. There was 2-3 workers. On top of that the cinnamon raisin bagel tasted burnt and bitter. You can go up the street to the other dunkin' for better service.
I placed a mobile order and when I arrived, they basically had nothing I had ordered in stock. One part of my order (a French cruller) was this way so I had asked that to be changed into something else. Not only was there just no pastry, they handed me a bag with only napkins in it along with my other food and told me the donut was in there. Pitiful.
The shop here is fine and the service is quality.
