I came to this Dunkin hoping to try something new at 7:30 on a Tuesday morning. Firstly, upon arriving at the drive-thru the intercom is beyond loud. It was so loud it sounded like the man taking the orders was hollering through the speaker. You could hear the persons order 3 cars away. Not such a pleasant encounter at 7am the morning. I wanted to try the “Brown Sugar Hazelnut Oat Iced Latte”. The guy that was taking my order needed to SLOW DOWN and LISTEN to exactly what the customer is asking for and stop rushing or assuming he knows what the drink it is. I had to repeat the drink order 3 times because he says, “what did want again?…okay, So you want a brown sugar shaken esspresso? I didn’t see it up here” (that’s Not what I ordered) but I’m thinking he knows what im talking about.
I then pull up the Dunkin’ App and repeat the name of the Exact drink that I wanted back to him. Seems like he didn’t take the time to actually look for the actual drink button or maybe ask for help if he didn’t see it on his POS screen because he was rushing. When I arrived to the pick up window I’d seen how dark my drink was, it certainly did not look like a “Latte”. I paid, pull off and stopped and looked at the ticket on my cup, it said “Brown Sugar Shaken espresso”. That’s not even what I ordered, I ordered a Latte. So I had to circle around, get back in line and tell the lady at the window that my drink was missing 3 pumps of Hazlenut because thought that was how the drink was supposed to look. I even pulled up my Dunkin’ App up and showed her the drink that it was supposed to be where it tells you the ingredients/how it’s supposed to be made. She was nice but She looked at the drink on my app and says I got you and then I hear her tell a girl in the back, “You forgot to add the Hazlenut in the drink” when in fact it wasn’t the girls fault it was the guy over the intercom putting in the wrong order in the first place. The lady at the window hands me the drink and nicely says okay try it now…I thank her and take the drink and pull off. It wasn’t until I got home to look at the actual app I realizad The drink I received wasn’t even an actual Latte it was just a shaken espresso. The drink tasted absolutely horrible, and I was already frustrated on the way home So when i got home I had To add Almond Milk and Flavored Creamer to get it to a Latte style drink. Crazy how the lady at the window didn’t even catch that the drink wasn’t even The right drink even after showing her the drink it was supposed to be in the app. I don’t think the workers even know the menu well here because orders have been wrong looking at other reviews. Nonetheless, My visit was just very disappointing and I WASTED My Gift Card here and on this order. This was my first time coming back to this Dunkin after
2-3years because I had a horrible experience last time with some very young employees getting an attitude because of my skimp hash brown order.
My drink pictured is after I fixed it up. When I got it, it was as dark as the dark brown C’s on the ipad case in the back. I spent $14 on that and a bacon egg and cheese croissant that didn’t really taste like anything.

You gotta catch them weekday mornings. Weekends and later staff are terrible. Milky coffee, so bad. I always have to reorder 2-3 times unless it’s early in weekdays.

Absolutely horrible food. Bags and items tasted stale and of cigarette smoke. I'm not sure if whoever prepared this had gloves or washed their hands. Hardcore avoid pending health inspection/ corporate intervention

The restaurants network is always down. Over the past four weeks, this Dunkin Donuts has not been able to take orders.
Oh, on several occasions, they are always out of Apple Fritters.

This location charged me for an item I did not order, ask for, or want, and then refused to give a refund for the item.
customer service is trash. ordered a machiado and only reviced milk, sencond time the girl put a hole in my drink and it got all over my cup holder and inside my car.
i will making a complaint about this location and to they check all cameras instore
Workers are nice but literally NEVER get coffees correct. I’ve ordered 5 coffees this past week and not one of them NOT ONE had sugar in them.

This is the 3rd time I'm writing a review since Google keeps deleting it. When a "certain employee" is working, he makes it his job to put ZERO FLAVORING in your coffee when when you pay extra to have extra! I've had it happen 4 times with the same employee. Waste of money & time!

This location is a joke! Three times this past week I went to order and the SAME guy comes over the speaker and says I can’t take any orders my system is updating. This happened once during the weekday and then again on Saturday and Sunday. Sunday I was fed up with this man’s excuse as it seemed he was the only one working so I said “Wow again! You said the same thing yesterday! He was quiet then replied “Yea, sometimes when I’m cleaning around my system I hit a button and then it updates and I can’t take orders”! I drove off without replying but couldn’t help thinking how convenient! You don’t want to work so it’s easy for you to say that! If you don’t know how to make the drinks just say that and if you don’t how to ask someone to train you and if you do know but don’t want to do the work then find somewhere else to work it bc it definitely gives you are lazy and don’t want to work!! I wonder if the managers are even aware of this man’s behavior!

We ordered via the app, arrived, and nobody was at the station! We’ve been waiting for 20 minutes…knocked on the window and don’t see anyone there.

My mobile order today was perfect. We did not order food, however. Only coffees, but they were accurate and made well. The drive up is a little confusing here, have to go around the shop to get to it. Otherwise good experience.
