My mobile order today was perfect. We did not order food, however. Only coffees, but they were accurate and made well. The drive up is a little confusing here, have to go around the shop to get to it. Otherwise good experience.

Had a bizarre experience. Went to this location to order an iced coffee. Person running the drive thru, before I even said a word said you need to speak up I can’t hear you. I hadn’t even started ordering yet! I was looking at my options and had literally just pulled up to the menu board. The item I ordered they didn’t have the flavor for and they cut me off mid-sentence to say so in an extremely rude and demeaning way, like I would know that they don’t have it right now. And so then, in the same breath, they start to rush me to order something else even though I still hadn’t had a chance to decide what my second drink option was. I felt rushed and ordered something I didn’t even want. Then the price read out to me didn’t match the menu board so I didn’t even bother saying anything and just left the line. They need to work on customer service at this location. Seems like multiple other reviews have had similar bad experiences.

Everytime i go in the afternoon they claim the card reader is not working and that's if they're even inside. Sometimes the staff if outside smoking or playing music through the intercom.
I go out of my way to be as polite as I can bc I’ve worked at Dunkin’ Donuts before and know what it’s like to deal with some of the rudest customers, I asked for a hazelnut iced coffee with two pumps of salted Carmel and was handed a black iced coffee. After asking them to add the cream and sugar which I KNOW it’s automatically supposed to come with four pumps of cream and four sugars in a large bc I’ve made them myself! I tasted my coffee and it had none of the flavors I asked for and they where extremely rude when I was forced to turn around and return to get the correct coffee they wanted to act like I got what I asked for bc it had the light color from when I had to ask for the cream to be added which I was trying to explain it had non of flavor which has nothing to do with the color difference. I will never be returning to that store, they have terrible employees who don’t know how to make the simplest coffee you can order and when you ask for a simple correction they get rude. I don’t even feel safe drinking what they handed back to me

Ordered two coffees without sugar and cream, got with sugary old brewed coffee! The guy is not listening you, and this is the worst coffee I’ve ever had! Never recommend this location!
