If you have allergies of any kind stay away from here we ordered through door dash for my brothers birthday a Cuban we put special instruction no mustard because he is allergic when we got it it was smothered in mustard so thinking it was a door dash fault I drove up there to see if they could remedy this when I got there I was told there was no way that could remake it because the new kitchen manager makes them premake all the Cuban meat and the kitchen manager isn’t available right now besides they were too busy just get a refund from door dash I’ve worked in a kitchen doing every job in there for 18 years I have never turned away a customer because of an allergy issue we as a family of four who used to love this place will never be coming back

Very small dining area and waited about 25 min to get order ins, was kinda of busy day. I ordered Dulce vida which tasted like gasoline. When I was finally able to ask for a second drink, I was told it was closed. Was not worth the wait.

Ehh... not very tasty for its price and it's a tight space to eat in. As someone who is Hispanic, I can tell you this food definitely does not have the spice or flavor of authentic Hispanic food (as advertised). It's hard finding authentic Mexican food in Virginia I was really hopeful- but severely disappointed.

Food was good. I still had to add salt and pepper. Different types of flavors. I ordered tacos and was able to choose 3 Different ones. Brisket was the least favorite, tastes like BBQ. Chicken and shrimp was good all made with Different garnishes. The beans had No flavor. Thumbs down.My margaritas was flavorful and mixed well. Only draw back no chips and salsa for free. The green and white cremey sauce is delicious.

I’ll give 2 stars in honor of your former glory. The constant turnover makes for inconsistent food and service. Without going into extreme detail, I try to give it another shot every few months, and for 2 years, have been left disappointed. The prices went up, while the meat portions and food quality went down. The workers seem stressed and not completely trained. Former employees have said that the owners don’t spend enough time at the restaurant to understand the areas for improvement. As a regular for years, I’ve only seen them once and have seen many great employees leave. Every time I go, it’s an entirely new crew.

I wanted their tacos to be great so bad, but they failed to deliver. The chicken was brutal to eat in both the tacos and enchiladas. Drinks were good, but absolutely do not order anything with chicken.
