First and last time ordering here. Was given the wrong order. Drove back to exchange for the correct order and Mr. Krabs krusty ahh would not give us the food we paid for or a refund. After the back and forth, we settle to just keep the wrong order but he tells his employee to throw it in the trash. Mind you, he replaced whoever’s order we had with no issue. Tells us to call corporate or doordash. We contact doordash for a refund but the order is “still in progress.” Doordash calls them to confirm the issue so we can receive our refund and no one answers the phone 🙃🦀

I came here for lunch with my wife and kids and I will say this place is absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a food spot. First off, the customer service was nonexistent. One of the workers was on her personal phone the entire time, completely ignoring customers like it was her living room, not her job. I ordered one sub nothing complicated and it took almost 20 minutes to get it. On top of that, the toaster wasn’t even working, so the sub came out cold and soggy. The place itself was filthy—sticky counters, and a strong smell like the floors hadn’t been mopped in days. It looked like nobody cared about the appearance of the place, let alone the customers in it. There was no urgency, no professionalism, no cleanliness, and clearly no management.

Seriously, $20 before tip & tax for a sub half the size of other places with 3 thin slices of meat and 1 slice of cheese. Also ordered hot and wasn't even put in the oven. Had to cook it at home. Lousy sub!!!

Ordered two subs at 1:55pm. Pickup set for 2:10. It is now 2:19pm and we’re still waiting for our order. The store is empty except for two people who walked in three minutes ago. The online pick up rack has one sandwich on it. It’s dead quiet except for the occasional beeping. I’m losing my mind.
PS. Please wipe down the touch screen for the drinks. It’s nasty.

I love these subs but today's service at this location was very off...No hello when I walked in and I had to ask to be waited on then it took 15 minutes for my 1 sub order with Noone in the store except me..Work on customer service at this location

Came here for lunch , a worker was smoking a cigarette on break and walked in as I did. She never washed her hands , she was rubbing her face and coughing in her hands . Then she grabs gloves and before putting them on coughs in hands again. I turned around and left I will never eat here again .
