I traveled from the Southside to Hampton to try their fried crabs and instead the crabs had an ammonia smell once I started eating them. Which means that the crabs are spoiled and are not fresh. So I won't be traveling over there again. The only thing that was good was the batter.

I purchased live crabs. All different size crabs mixed in for one price . It's reasonably priced but not great looking crabs. I gave two stars because the female asian owner is downright nasty. I'm talking a bad attitude. And will not accept payment with anything other than cash. ConvenientLy has an atm in the store. I choose to spend my money in establishments that are friendly and treat customers with respect. Will not return unless I am desperate and have no other options.
Tried the fried shrimp, French fries, and hush puppies dinner for just over $12.00. All of the food was fresh and homemade. The shrimp was lightly breaded. The food was perfectly fried and delicious. No sit in dining. It is take-out only. Waiting time was 10 minutes. ATM was available with a $1.50 surcharge ( which is cheap these days). I will be back! Newly found gem of a place and very affordable.
Got a half bushel for $45 and they were delicious and fresh! Ill never go anywhere else!

I had salmon and shrimp for $30. It came out very bad and I do not recommend this place. There is no cleanliness and the food is disgusting. It gave me severe stomach cramps. I will never return.

Picked up 2 dozen steamed crabs and a pound of shrimp. The shrimp were not seasoned much. They definitely should have added more seasoning to the shrimp. The crabs were like normal steamed crabs, in my opinion. I also hope they consider a different bag option for the crabs. Crab juice leaking everywhere. Oh, they also do not take debit or credit cards. They have an ATM inside (it takes forever).
