I never had a good milkshake from them n have been on n off going for 5 years. Caramel shake too salty. Shakes not properly blended either. And they keep serving soggy fries. I have no idea why the burgers are greasy either

My wife and I wanted a good burger for dinner and decided to go to fives guys. We were very disappointed because after spending $37 for 2 burgers a small fry and a tip the burgers had no taste. Time to take a break and find another burger spot.

It took 20 minutes to get food, once I received my food the fries extremely salty i mean over the top! I I asked for raw onions on my little burger combo it so much onion. It was more like an onion burger huge chunks of them too( i didnnot ask for extra onions either). I suggest less salt and less onion on the burgers unless customers ask for them.

The food was great . Fresh & hot . The guy who took my order actively promoted their 13.99 combo meal . I got a double cheeseburger & reg cajun plus a super large drink for $22.78 . Im still full its been 4 hrs since i ate the food . Thanks for the great service.

The thing I realized on this visit to Five guys is that they do an excellent job of marketing their hamburgers by making the big one seemed normal calling it 'hamburger' though it has double patties and then the regular one seems small since they call it 'little burger.' I don't go often and was able to remember that finally and order the little burger and it was plenty of food especially when you consider the french fry portion is large too. Nice staff here.

I was overcharged sales tax at this location — nearly 14% on my order instead of the correct 6% for Virginia. I paid $8.42 in tax on a $62 order, which is simply wrong. The receipt shows this clearly. I hope management reviews their system and fixes this, because that’s not fair to customers. Very disappointed.

Just wanted to leave a special shoutout to Mr.John. It’s not often I come across people with such great attitudes! Don’t stop being you man!
For starters, I wanna say John the cashier that we had today was amazing. He was a very tall guy. He answered all my questions for someone that just ate here for the first time. Now let’s get into the food. I ordered two meals my son. He enjoyed his food. He said the only issue that he has is that his fries were overly salted. I only the other hand thought the food was overhyped. Like I was expecting a burger that was just gonna blow my mind and it didn’t no matter the different options you can put on it. But one thing that my son and I did agree on was how the Oreo milkshakes were. The Sprite gives McDonald’s it run for their money because of how crisp it was. I made sure to get there at 11 when all the food was fresh because it means that the store just opened so it wouldn’t be any reason why it wasn’t good. Maybe at a later time I’ll try again, but I can’t say that I really impressed especially for the amount of money we paid.

Quick friendly service. I could barely wrap my mouth around the 2 patty hamburger because it was so thick. Everything tasted good but be aware of the price. My hamburger, fries, and shake was a $26 lunch 😬 I stopped here because it was within walking distance to numerous shops including Target.

First time coming here and the lady at the register sounds like she has something in her mouth. Really hard to understand and has no patience when I asked her again what she is saying. She gets mad and just starts giving a bad attitude. Really unprofessional.
