The fries have been overcooked the last few times this month, or dirty oil.. either way. I’m hoping someone in management reads this.. please bring back the good fries!!

Came into five guys today. Went the restroom ( 6 months pregnant and can see) trying to use it the door has a code. Went to the front and ask politely for the code and this lady with dreads asked if I ordered restroom is for paying customers. So I stated I will order I just really need use the bathroom and she stated restrooms is for paying customers . Which pissed me off if it’s policy put it on the doors of the restroom etc. cause at this point your making up stuff as you go. It’s doesn’t even say it on the website and the tall light skin lady in the back rolling your eyes was sending me I don’t understand society . So I held my pee waiting for my order and calling corporate . Thanks for the best experience ladies you were amazing at your customer service. I hope you both have a blessed day and days. If you’re pregnant go somewhere else and eat or just Uber it. But after today I will get my burger else wear . Update: as I’m still sitting here eating cause I had to order before using the bathroom. Two different ladies just used the restroom without ordering. How convenient. ?? hilarious.

Ordered on the five guys app for pick up only two burgers and a large Cajun fry. Would you believe we received a plain burger and regular large fry. It just sucks when you want to enjoy a good meal and you go out of your way to do so only to be left hungry.

Burgers are always hot and juicy.This location cooks the fries just right.
The hamburgers and fries deserve the accolades. They really tasted fantastic. They were fresh and hot. The only problem we had was the price. Compared to the other restaurants we frequent, Five Guys was more expensive, especially for the amount of food that was ordered.

Five Guys fries have a very distinctive taste and appearance and when served as a regular order, the bag is overflowing. It's worth every penny you pay. I'm not sure what this location is serving or how old or what type of oil is being used, but what was served was not even close to customary Five Guys quality. In addition, the portion was extremely lacking as it barely filled the white cup. Very disappointing, not a good value, and I can't recommend this location if this is their usual portion. On a positive note, the crew of two hustled and the premises were clean.

Edit: I dropped a star after getting food poisoning here.The food is good. Better than McDonald's. Not quite the level of a sit-down burger restaurant like Red Robin, for example. The service was a little slow. But they were very friendly. I like that they have peanuts.We probably won't be back often because of the price. The prices are way too high for the quality of the burger. We will come back, just not super often.On the way out, there was an advertisement to hire employees. They pay a lot. Good for the employees. But probably makes the food cost more than it should. And the employees were not very motivated.

After a day from hell, my friend dragged me to Five Guys to cheer me up (because there is no food in my house and I'm starving). I've been awake since four am and worked an eleven hour shift as a manager without a lunch. I ate half a sandwich at 10 am and it is now 9 pm.My friend wanted a plain fry and we didn't want to waste food by ordering two fries. Terrell kindly offered me Cajun on the side. This small thing made my entire day.I'd like to thank Terrell for this seemingly simple offer. Please be like him.
