I came through today with a friend.. two meals and two shakes.. $45 🫨 we get home and both of our meals are completely wrong. No straws. No napkins. No spoons. None of the sauces we asked for. And two wrong almost $50 meals. Won’t be back. A looooot better ways out there to spend $50.

Freddy's has good hamburgers, quality fries and tots, and, of course, tasty frozen custard desserts. We enjoy eating here, the hamburgers are better than most fast food restaurants and it feels like you're at an old diner. That's where the small knock comes in, which is, the floors are almost always greasy and, as a result - extremely slippery anywhere you go. I'm not sure what they can do to improve this, but it's no joke, I see someone nearly fall down (including myself) every single time I'm here. So ... Watch your step and enjoy the food!

I have never been to a Freddy's before and I was surprised! Food, excellent (hot and just what I ordered). Cheese Curds hot, lite and very smooth. Fries skinny fries😁 loved them! The atmosphere was happy and fun. The employees engaged with customers and there was laughter behind the counter (happy employees). Thanks for a wonderful lunch Jessica A at Freddy's!!!

I ordered a hotdog with chili (no cheese) and fries. The hotdog was really firm, like it needed to be cooked a little more. The fries were extra salty. I have had them before, and they were delicious, both the fries and hotdog. The seasoning on the fries has a bit of garlic and sweetness, which sets it apart from basic fries. They are also super thin, shoestring potatoes.
Despite my disappointment this visit, I rated them a 4 because I know this is not the norm.

I had to drive back around to have my order corrected. One issue, i asked for extra onions on my cheeseburger, drove back around they handed me onions in a cup

I had a burger and fries, and was pretty impressed. The burger was just as I had requested and though it was messy, I quite enjoyed it. The fries were even better. Thin and crispy with enough flavor that I didn't even need ketchup (and I love ketchup with fries). We ended the meal by sharing a sundae, and oh my! Every bite was heavenly. Repeatedly we each savored cool, creamy, chocolatey, caramely, nutty sweet perfection. Is that even a thing? Oh yes! The staff members were kind and efficient. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. There was also an interesting assortment of things to look at on the walls. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

The food is great, but pretty expensive. The seating seems crammed into the restaurant. The speaker stream is hard to hear when they call out orders.

How do you run out of Root Beer, literally had my son all jazzed about a Root Beet float and some Freddys and its like, uggghhhh, were out of Root Beer what other drink would you like. None tbh, lets get it together management.
