Fuller’s Raw Bar is a fantastic spot for fresh seafood and a laid-back, welcoming vibe! The oysters were unbelievably fresh, the shrimp perfectly seasoned, and every dish was bursting with flavor. The staff is friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about great service. The atmosphere is relaxed but lively—perfect for a casual night out or meeting up with friends. If you love seafood and a place that feels like a local favorite, Fuller’s Raw Bar is a must-visit in Hampton. Highly recommend!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience. Jennifer our waitress was not just warm and welcoming but super helpful with suggestions and you can see that she genuinely cared about her customers. As did all the other people that worked there. The oysters were amazing. Well shucked.

When the crab legs make strangers comment on their size, you know you’ve found the right place.
We were staying in Ocean View West and the day completely got away from us. By the time we were ready for dinner, it was close to 8 p.m., and I refuse to walk into a restaurant right before closing. Most of the places near where we were staying were already close to closing, so options were limited.
A quick Google search brought up Fuller’s Raw Bar, which showed they were open until 10 (or “when they close,” as their door says). I skimmed through the reviews and photos, and everything looked fantastic so we went. Fuller’s is in Phoebus, which turned out to be a super cute area for a walk after dinner.
We started with the blue cheese kettle chips, which I was excited for the second I saw them online. They were amazing rich, crispy, and perfectly balanced. My fiancée, who’s usually not a fan of blue cheese, couldn’t stop eating them.
I ordered the 1 lb of shrimp and a snow crab cluster, which came with red potatoes, sausage, and corn on the cob. The shrimp were huge, and the snow crab cluster was massive! Even a woman walking out stopped to comment on it. My fiancée ordered the Mahi Banh Mi and loved every flavorful bite.
They also have a large beer selection for those who drink. Our server was polite, attentive, and kept our drinks full the entire time, which just made the experience that much better. Needless to say, we left completely stuffed and very happy. Fuller’s is now on our must return list.

We started with the clam chowder. This isn’t the creamy heavy stuff. It has a flavorful broth with lots of clams! We also had the jambalaya. Again, lots of flavor. Full of chicken, shrimp and sausage. We ended with the pineapple cake. A wonderful ending to our meal!

Went in on Sunday July 27th around 7pm, party of 4. My sister tried to order the Fuller’s Punch to drink, was told they’re out (no biggie) asked if they could make her the tequila drink instead but sub the Mezcal for blanco tequila. Server came back and said the bartender said he cannot do that because it will “mess up his count”. We know that blanco is cheaper and was hoping they would be more accommodating due to being out of her first option. The bar didn’t look busy, and he was on his phone, so it gave the appearance that he simply didn’t want to do it.
I ordered a burger with no sauce, server brought back the burger and stated that he remembered I wanted no sauce, but there was sauce under the burger. I tasted the sauce on it and did not like it, so the server offered to have it remade. Great! The server came back soon with my plate, and it was the same burger, someone had just scraped the sauce off. I told the server, and he comped my meal and remade the burger but I was so disgusted and offended that I was not interested in eating there.

Had the clam chowder, it was ok, I was expecting more of a new england clamp chowder. Daughter did the flight of oysters. She loved the peach tree and the shooters.
