When you’re sitting in the lounge waiting for an order and hear a very audible clearing of phlegm in the back of one’s throat from the kitchen area, it doesn’t give you the best impression on what’s taking place with your food especially in this tipping before receiving culture.Maybe a one off night for the crew but still very inappropriate and made me not want to go back.The young man up front was nice.Ordered 11/24 5:20pm.

Ok, what I thought would be my normal experience with Good Fortune, turned into something completely different.Usually twice out the month I love ordering Good Fortune for my family, especially with a busy winter schedule. My normal orders typically runs me anywhere between $75-$115, not including my normal $25 tip.After placing my order, I told her I was just next door and would be over as soon as I finished my grocery shopping.This was at 7:50 and the lady calls me around 8:30 to tell me my order was ready for pick up. I advised her that I was finishing up my shopping and would be there within the next 20-25 minutes. Which she told me no problem as long as I arrived before their closing time at 9:30pm. Perfect I can do that and I’ll see you once I’m wrapped up next door!Now as I am leaving, I did end up running into an old friend and was catching up for a few more minutes (9:00pm) During that time I missed that she called me multiple times.As I proceeded to put my groceries in the car, I went to call her back to communicate that I would be driving over after I put away my groceries. However, I noticed that she not only texted me but also left me a voicemail, cursing at me. When she picked up before I could say anything or apologize for taking a little longer, she continues to curse at me in English and her native tongue. Not only did she curse at me and hang up, she then begin to call me nonstop from private numbers and other numbers. At this point I don’t even want the food, nor am I going to waste time going back and forth. This was my absolute last time dealing with the same attitude from the same person. I cannot believe this experience and will never patronize this restaurant again. This isn't the first time witnessing or experiencing her being rude, but THIS was highly unprofessional and disrespectful.Update: I was just going to count this as a L and leave the situation alone. Regardless of her cursing at me and calling me back to back. But today she I has called me several time, the one time I did pick up she called was proceeded to curse at me again. This is now becoming harassment, is there anything I can do?

I ordered online and got the total, and email confirmation of my order and total, went to pick it up and it was more than the email receipt, I showed them the email and they just told me that the in-store prices are different then online prices and they wouldn't adjust it. Just wanted to warn anyone else that might order online. Food was decent and ready on time.

The service and the food is always good. I haven't been able to dine in during Covid but they have a great take out menu and the food was packed to stay warm. They are friendly and fast getting your order ready. Hope to return to dining in soon

Ordered fried dumplings, shredded pork dish and house special won ton soup. How disappointing the fried dumplings were, basically lazy made looking like a flat ravioli fried with little taste. The shredded pork dish had no shredded pork, some slivers of pork with plenty of veggies. The house special won ton soup had small slivers of both pork and chicken, nothing like the large slices previously. The won ton skins were tough, broth did not taste from scratch, very yellow. Lots of veggies and very few shrimp. Will not be returning. Miss the previous owners in the kitchen. January, 2022

The food has always been fresh and good. I always get Chinese food selections when I order. The food is always seasoned and hot when it is served or now days ready for pick up. They are very friendly inside and it doesn't take long when you call ahead your order for pick up since the dining room is closed because of COVID. I really appreciate that they don't use MSG in the food. We have allergies to it. They also give you an assortment of condiments with each order. It will be nice when we can dine inside again
