Terrible management. Front staff is aggressive. Tracy Wyckoff, Autumn Campbell and Miles (front desk with dreads) are running the facility to the ground! No maintenance on site, have to deal with any amenities in the room not working until maintenance returns. We had to unclog our own toilet and bathtub drain. Mold covering the ceilings in the room. When attempting to complain, front staff will not assist. They allow Miles to aggressively knock on room doors and use foul language to degrade guests. They expect checkout to be earlier than said time of noon. All around terrible experience! We will not return. If you value your money and experience, highly recommend spending a bit more to book elsewhere.

Here for drill weekend, and this place's queen suites are AWESOME. Reasonable price, kitchen, nice bathroom, HUGE desk, lovely gym and store, and laundry is FREE. By far the best hotel I've been put in yet.

We were expecting nicer then we got , pictures online are outdated. They only have 1 elevator and sometimes your room could be on the other side down the hall, so if you have a walking issue make sure you tell them. Our room was clean, even the bathroom which is great. If your staying longer then 1 day expect no room service, they come every SEVEN days. Bring your own shampoo & Condtioner, theres sucks! Smells good but very cheap! They also charge you a $50 deposit and will sware up and down its on the website when as of right now it still is not. Smh. Its def a place to just lay your head. Gave it 4 stars for the cleanliness and a comfortable bed.

As with most restaurants, The Dive closed at the beginning of the Covid pandemic. But as things have returned to pretty much normal, the Dive is the only restaurant in the area that has yet to reopen. The same sign is on the door that was put there a year ago when they had to close. Phone calls inquiring to The Dive's statue of course aren't answered, questions sent to Fieri's company are not answered, ask him on social media, you get no answer, and the property management company that runs the Power Plant where it's located will not give a straight answer. Even the office of economic development in the city of Hampton doesn't know. Why continue to j*** people around? Either you're going to reopen or you aren't. Guy's BBQ place at Waterside in Norfolk reopened, and it makes me think there is a much deeper thing going on here with the Hampton place than just being VERY slow to reopen. Be upfront and honest with people....you'd be amazed at how much they'd appreciate it.

Popped in a while ago before everything closed and the place was pretty much empty. Small non appealing menu that did nothing for me. Left without eating due to the extremely depressing nature of the whole place.

There was nothing about this place that I enjoyed. The food was terrible and way over priced for the quality. Like not even as good as Chilis. Could get better from the frozen food section at Walmart. I can't believe anyone would want their name associated with this kind of restaurant.

Went to eat here last Friday. It was really disappointing. Did not have a very good beer selection and a can of beer was $10. I got a $14 margarita and I’m not convinced there was any liquor in it. There were several options for tacos but you couldn’t mix or match. If you wanted rice and beans with it was extra. All prices were just too high for what you were getting. It smelled weird in there, like a public restroom. Our server was nice but slow and he needs to buy a

Nicest bartender *Update We went there with friends again because one of them had gotten some free taco party they offered. The cheese burger taco was good. Nothing else was. This was a table full of people sharing tacos all around the table and no one else was happy. We ended up paying out the #^&~! You get one taco and then of course have to buy anything additional. For such little tasteless tacos it's not worth it. Also, after we left each of us got a message from the restaurant offering us an "taco party". That's how they make their money. Handing out a free taco to each person and then blasting you with drink and other food. They made around $200 from our table, not including tip. It's expensive bar food, we won't be heading there again.

Stopped in here while visiting a friend. Interesting setup, self seating. Cool little vibe to the joint. Being someone who is doing the Keto, the options for any taco type joint will always be difficult... Though, I must say they were willing to help. I basically did a chicken fajita style mix in which they did simply that - chicken, peppers and onions. Additionally I asked for a side of their cheesy sauce. While there wasn't much of a presentation, I think I created a delicious concoction that maybe Guy should consider adding to the menu. It was an ooey gooey tub of cheese, with that mix - much like a soup and MAN it was good. Would go back. Highly recommend joining the Keto wagon and add a couple options to the menu.

We were so excieted to try our first restaurant by Guy. We were very disappointed. Portions are small, we didn't appreciate plastic ware for what we had to pay.

So, been there twice tonight, first and LAST time ever. The decor is juvenile, the utensils are plastic, the menu is SUPER limited ( no desserts) and everything is so small in portions as to be laughable, as though it was done by and for Lilliputians! The only thing NOT small, you guessed it, was the bill! Avoid at all cost. I predict, and it was NOT crowded on a Saturday nite for a reason, this place won’t last much longer. Though service was very friendly, I Highly DON’T recommend. Sadly, I was really looking forward to eating there....sigh?

We had the nachos (thought the size was small) and guacamole for appetizers, shared by the 4 of us. We each got different tacos. We liked the crispy shells of the cheeseburger tacos, the carne asada tacos were excellent and also got a chicken chimi, while good, could have been left in the fryer longer. All in all, was good, good music. I might go back if in the area, but don't think I'd drive back just to go there.
