I live around this hardees and every time i go there it is a 20 wait for anything and thats ok i guess if the food is good but its not i went today to get 2 bacon egg and chees biscuits and it was so jard i couldn't eat it thanks for me wasting my money and time i give up on hardees other places will get my money who ever is the manager really sucks at the job i see why hardees is going out of business.... its sad McDonald's is better then this Hardee's. There is so much more i can say but it wont fix it so im DONE with them i miss when they were the best now they SUCK!! Dont waste ur time r money

I advise anyone that wants breakfast go somewhere else. The lady working the drive threw is very nasty and rude. Everything i went to ordered they didnt have. Then the lady was so rude when I had to change what I wanted due to not having anything I came for. I pulled up to pay at the window when she would not even acknowledge me. I went to hand her my phone to tap pay when she grabbed my phone and then tossed it back to me. On top of it all. The lady's hands amd her nails where so dirty im uncomfortable with feeding my family the food. I called to speak when to the manager think her name is Nikia she was just as rude if not worst.

We tried ordering our food and the lady at the counter cut us off about 30 times and in the process of that rung up nothing that we said. I ordered the number one combo meal with a milkshake, and then didn't get the milkshake or fries. when we told them, they charged us again for the milkshake. and then my boyfriend ordered a burger with NO condiments and we got a burger with every condiment known to man on it. and then we saw a giant cockroach while waiting for our food walk across the floor.
