Good morning let me tell you about Hardee's on Aberdeen they are the best I love coming in there in the morning everybody is so friendly . I love their customer service. They have a new GM in there now I don't remember her name but I know her and she is wonderful she's always smiling and always said good morning Mrs Burton and it really makes me feel good when they know you by your name . I guess that means I come in there regular since they know me by my name but I love coming in there. And then we have the district manager Ms. Linda she's always so nice to me .well she's nice to everybody she always makes you feel welcome and I love that she always asks me how my dad is doing. And then we have the shift managers that's always nice and friendly. I would give the store 10 thumbs up. And I can't forget about the back of the house the kitchen great. The young man that takes care of the chicken 10 Stars when I tell you that chicken is so good that chicken is good sometimes I try to wait and come in now just a little bit late so I can get some chicken cuz it's good y'all's chicken is better than the other chicken places. Well I know this is a lot to read and I hope y'all take the time out to read this and to make sure you congratulate your store on a great job they are doing. Thank you Ms.Burton

If you don’t have fried Eggs the option needs to be taken off the menu. I should not be charged more for a super bacon biscuit that comes with a fried egg. And then given a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with a scrambled egg. Fried eggs and scrambled eggs taste different. I didn’t order the scrambled egg. I ordered the fried egg.

I came to get some chicken at this Hardee’s. The lady said they was cooking anymore chicken, but on the sign it says until 10 pm. I was so disappointed ☹️. I need some feed back bad business

This Hardee’s is sorry like the one in Smithfield. They serve a raw burger on stale bread . When I asked them to do something about it they wanted to fuss. The workers seem to be incompetent and some of them had dirty uniforms. They are very unprofessional. I hope this review helps others out because no one deserves poor quality of food / service and nasty environment.

Don’t bother picking up a mobile order to save time. They won’t start it until you check in and they won’t check you in until they get ready. You may as well get in line because standing at the pick up station gets you no service or even a hello. Ghetto and nothing but attitude.

Asked for a burger with no pickles or tomatoes and you can clearly see where they just took them off and served it to me and also the burger was cold and I mean cold this specific location never gets my order right and the burgers are always sloppy with way too much ketchup and mayo.... I would stop going there but it's just convenient because it's very close to my job

I went here this evening (May 23, 2025 @ 7:15pm), and ordered the #1 combo with the meat cooked fresh. When I received my order, the meat was barely like warm, so I took it back in and asked for it to be remade having the meat cooked fresh. While I was waiting, I asked the cashier could I get some fresh fries since they are not hot anymore because I ha e to wait for my burger to be remade. The cashier told the manager, and the manager yelled to the front from the kitchen that I was not to get my fries replaced. When the manager came up front, I asked her for fresh fries. She said we gave you fresh fries with your order so you cannot get anymore. So I explained that the fries were hot, but got cold waiting on the remake. I asked her on more time nicely and explained that I run a restaurant and that the fry replacement would be the proper thing to do. She still told me no. She was very unprofessional. She never offered an apology or anything. This really infuriated me, so I did throw the cold fries behind the counter.
