This place had good fried chicken back in the day, but any more, it is always greasy & tastes like it was cooked in 3 week old oil. The size of the chicken pieces is rediculous. They seem to get smaller all the time. I swear they are using cornish game hens. Awful!

I travel 5miles there an five miles back to get home to burnt biscuits I didn't even get mad at the fact the milkshake looked like a baby made it an taste horrible the chicken wasn't that bad just cold as I don't know what if I wanted to eat microwave chicken I would not have spent 30$ to call back for the manger Dion to tell me we didn't have a biscuit maker who fault is that I worked at fast food 13 years also a manger that is her job Job to make it or get someone to be plenty of times I had to do jobs worked areas till I got someone to her attitude sucked I almost cursed her out she already got me mad saying she couldn't just replace my order she thinks I supposed to come get her 4 biscuits I had tomKe biscuits we couldn't even eat our food I had to make biscuits heat up chicken this not the first time also breakfast always got to wait to get the wrong order brought out they need new ppl managers they don't even greet you ghetto they suck an don't want to accommodate any body if I could give a lower rate it would be oh they don't have a district manager number she says

Just left the drive threw, While ordering my food I was cut off as if I was being rushed. Picking up my food, it was thrown in my hand and the window closed almost before I could pull it out the window and into my car.

Smh. Everytime i come to this hardees there isnt a line . I come to this hardees to get a 3piece wing combo because they are the only location i know that sell chicken. Last time i asked for a 3 piece wing combo. It was no problem. I had to wait but thats even better. I got a breast thigh and leg. I didnt complain but i didnt eat nothing but the breast. Today i asked for a 3 piece wing combo i was told i cant get 3 wings. I cant get 3 of the same pieces. Why? I wont be coming back .

Went and picked up a 12 piece with 6 biscuits. After taxes roughly $30. Got home and bit a wing. Knew immediately the chicken wasn’t fresh. Called the store and was told “ that’s not possible because all our chicken is fresh made. I can give you a refund but chicken is gonna taste the same.“ I told them don’t even worry about it sweetheart. I’ve been black for 40 years. I know the difference between fresh fried chicken and chicken that’s been sitting out. It’s not about the money. I just wanted fresh fried chicken on a Tuesday. I won’t be back and neither should you.
