The management culture here seems very emotionally intelligent! During a busy moment, a younger employee pointed out a problem caused by a reasonable miscommunication, and the manager's immediate reaction was to guide the employee through solving the problem. Zero sign of irritation or distraction over the circumstances.
I have to say this real quick, I went to Hardee's and yes there was a long line. But considering I went inside and saw y'all werent bullshitting you were working and I couldn't even be mad. Y'all were rocking this morning even though I was late. I just wanted y'all to know from someone.... Y'all did your best.
I travel for work often. Drove 4 hours to get there and I always look for a Hardee's first, it's my favorite. This place here had the whole crew super pretty ? I thought I walked into a music video ?. I hope work sends me in this town again.
