Placed an online order at 6:06 Pm. The order confirmed it would be ready at 6:26. I arrived and walked into Hooters at 6:27. My order was sitting on the bar. The bartender was friendly and quickly handed me the order. I happen to notice the bag was cold. I would have expected to feel at least some heat since I had 20 freshly fried chicken wings inside. I took the order home and sat down to eat at 6:47, just 20 minutes after the order was supposed to have been prepared. $34 worth of chicken wings were completely cold to the touch, not even a little warm. I had to microwave my wings before eating. This is highly disappointing to me. Also the wings seemed dry and old, like they had been sitting for a long time. I won’t choose Hooters again, unless I’m eating at the restaurant.

Went for nephews bday, got there at 330p, some ordered. More arrived at 4pm. Waiting 45min for my mother & aunt just to receive drinks. Food came at 515p & one of our party didn't receive food until leaving at 545p which was a burger mind you she was one who ordered first. Wings not flavored, just sauce drenched, fries had whole bottle of seasoning on them, limited refills, orders wrong & everyone recvd food at different times. Experience was so horrible which made it hilarious lol. His bday choice but never, ever again -27

Food was cooked good, waitress seemed to care more about the old head regulars! Seriously by far the thickest dust covered everything down, to the coffee mugs hanging on the cup hooks, that I've ever seen in my life!!!

I let them get away the first couple of times that the Service dropped to substandard after years of good experiences; however tonite was the worst. My two sons and I came in to eat a little, watch some TV, and bond before my eldest moves to Cali. Long story short my food came out before the appetizer-and the manager supposedly had to personally prepare their 30 piece wings. We ended up getting them to go. They did comp the wings since we waited 40 min, but I was never offered a refill while we waited. The service was dry during the holiday. I’m not going back, I just hope that they fix this for those that come behind us.

Rarely in my life have I ever wrote a review , but simply put. …We were sat down and just have been over a half hour with no drink no food no order. Food I can imagine would have been amazing, but couldn’t even enjoy something to sip on too. Honestly forced to photosynthesize from the lights in the parking lot which brings me to my next point… the parking lot is poorly maintained just as a side note. Never again

Good service and decent food. Fish and chip were a tad over cook, but the servers were nice and very attentive.
First and last time I go to Hooters. All the waitresses clearly lacked customer service or even awareness of their tables or customers that walk in and it's not like it was super busy. There was a group of about 7 guys standing around drinking in the dining area being really loud when there's clearly a bar with a whole lot more tvs to stand around and watch the game that was empty at the time. Once the waitress brought out food and drinks we never saw her again. It's a bummer because even though I've never been to Hooters I heard the wings were very good but we got the most bland explanation of what's good on the menu. Wings seemed undercooked and after looking over in the kitchen and the hot mess all the guys that were just standing around on their phones had made you just want to order water. Kitchen looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages!! Hooters can do better.

Horrible experience! 35 minutes to seat and 40 to get a food that looks like they dropped the whole salt on it and put it to serve anyways. I will never come back here. Waitress took so long to come to the table and never came back
