Servers are awesome. Wonderful ladies. But the kitchen staff is ridiculous. These guys have no care. They are rude to the servers. They roll their eyes whenever an order comes in. I sat at the bar and watched them, it really is pitiful. The short dude with the thick glasses is okay, seems like a nice fella. But the other dude wearing the air pods, what a joke. He has such an easy job and yet he is so disrespectful to the servers.

My philly cheese steak was atrotious. The meat was hard & course like wet wood. The fish taste like it had been fried in the 5 day old grease. This wasn't a 1 off. That philly cheese steak quality has been declining for years at this location, It's now at the bottom.

The food and drinks were delish but im not sure if our server thought that her appearance alone made up lack of attention and service but there were only 7 tables eating in the place and at least 4 servers on...there was no excuse for poor service. However food and drinks were great and if ur going for food.and eye candy then you will be happy

Terrible service, I found a cockroach in my beer, they never brought me the food and after 2 hours they said they had no wings available
Went here after the jazz festival and it was busy but the staff looked overwhelmed. Sat at the bar the waitress was very polite food was fresh and hot. Just don’t do to this location after an event at the Hampton Coliseum.

There's a couple of menu updates that should be applied or suggested... For 1, they have a 4 sliders order for $13.99 but, this is for a 🍔 burger or chicken and the menu could offer a 2 & 2 of each to make it a better choice...
