Customer service is poor. December 24 at 10:00 AM walked in the rest of the restaurant and I was not acknowledged by anyone. Please talk to staff about customer service and how to say hello to every guest that comes through the door.

My dad and I come here often. They are now under new management and the speed is much better than before! Food was good, hot and service was welcoming. The new manager Luz takes the time to say hello, and have a conversation even 😊 . Stop by it is worth it!

Louz the manager was very pleasant and understood how to show me how to use the IHOP app. She informed me about the menu and current offerings. She was very familiar with the product and service IHOP. Short wait. Cook did a wonderful job getting our food out promptly and hot!
