Went to the one in Virginia Beach. Not too busy, quiet atmosphere, nice employees and really good food. It is a little more pricey than another very popular sub shop but the quality is so outstanding - and their employees aren't rude. They also have a free ice cream machine. Tasted really good. Only thing I would not recommend was the Caprese Panini. Hardly anything in the sandwich and it was $11. That sandwich was a waste of money

I enjoy the salad bar at Jason's Deli in Hampton, VA, Store 101 at least twice a week. My recent visit was Wednesday, 8/27/25. I want to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Renee (CeeCee) for her outstanding attention to detail while monitoring the salad bar. This is one of the reasons I enjoy this salad bar at Jason's Deli. CeeCee is always pleasant, always give outstanding service and she does it with a smile. It is not every day that you receive service that leaves a strong impression and I believe outstanding customer service should be recognized. Please pass along my thanks to CeeCee and because of this I will be recommending Jason's Deli to my family and friends. I would also like to thank the Manager, Jonathan, for his warmth and kindness he showed when I've had the opportunity to interact with him.

I called the store to place an order. The guy answered and I said Hi and he hung up on me. I called back and he told me he don't have time for conversation just order. He was very rude and disrespectful. I then told him he was very rude and I will not spend my money at this establishment. I will never go there again. Very poor customer service.

Ordered 3 items for dine in and they served 2 incorrect dishes. When I told the server the items were wrong he walked away and brought back one of the items telling me it was my order. I took my receipt back up front to the cashier and had to get them to the explain to the kitchen staff what the correct order was. When he returned with the correct food he didn't even say a word and no apology from any of the staff.
Absolutely horrible service.
