I ordered two sandwiches and cookies from Uber eats… when my order arrives. I only have one sandwich… how?? Is counting to two hard? Then of course Uber will refund you some money. Not considering that you cannot order again with the amount they refunded you. It doesn’t cover the delivery fees, taxes or the new tip you have to give a new driver… they had one job, and it was to count to two… thanks… and this was my husbands first time ordering here, I talked them up… and it’s his sandwich they forgot…. Yup..

I ordered 2 sandwiches and they both were wrong I called the store and to let them know the order was wrong they lady I spoke with apologized for inconvenience and told me all I would have to do is bring the receipt to the store and that’s all I would need, next day I go to the store the manager refused to remake the sandwiches or even process a refund because his employee failed to inform me that I would also have to bring sandwiches that I threw in the trash and then wasn’t even able to give me a sandwich voucher right then and there he said he would have to mail it to my address I say this to say if they mess your sandwich up make sure you bring back the messed up sandwich or they can’t do absolutely anything to help you money wasted and will never come back to this place

First time here I was rushed by some young worm hair guy (dreads, corn roll idk) employee I tried to ask questions about the food so and was just brushed off and told to I don't know what do you want. This employee who made me feel like I was bothering him when he was taking my order when I was the only customer in the store. Food was good happy he didn't make it. Worse then McDonald's employee tho I will not be back in happier at Chick-fil-A

I'm from Atlantic City, n was feeling like a chicken cheese steak but didn't want to be disappointed! I moved near jersey Mike's and wanted to take my chances. They did it THE RITE WAY! From the cashier Richard's great service to the great sub, they didn't miss. I told my son " they got it rite ". It's just like home, please keep it up.??????

I’m a Jersey girl and I’m so glad this is here! I’d never get Jersey Mike’s in NJ (that’s what Italian delis are for) but in VA this place is definitely comfort food for me. The Point Pleasant mural always makes my heart really warm too. I usually order online here, and more often than not end up waiting extra long past my pickup time to get my food (it gets busy!). But, for me it’s been worth the wait.

Very kind and respectful when I asked for my sandwich on gluten free bread :) they cleaned the machine and counter and kept my sandwich separate!
Dietary restrictions: They are obviously trained to keep cross contamination down to a minimum when it comes to gluten free and I appreciate it
