Food was fine, standard Jimmy John's.Staff was impolite and would not allow people to sit at the outside tables. Not a friendly environment and I won't be returning.

Was in the area touring the local fort and looked up the closest Jimmy John's. It was good as usual, clean, and friendly staff. If I lived locally I would return.

Always great sandwiches. Consistently great! I love their crushed ice too!! Update!!! Did you know? Did you know that the Jimmy John's in Newport News is having issues with their drinks? I heard it's because the city repaired the road on Jefferson avenue in Newport News and since they did that they don't have the water pressure they need to run their soda machines. They seem to be locked in a fight with Newport News about it and no one is budging. What a shame!!!

I came in with a order of 6 sandwiches (4 Giant and 2 regular) for a lunch food run for my ship and they had an attitude severing me, skipped me and took 2 other people's orders, and then took all day to make the subs. This has been the 3rd time this has happened and im done coming here.

Corporate should take notice of these customer reviews. This will be another "no customer service" review. Unfortunately the associate who took my order was not engaged, did not make eye contact, and proceeded to walk away before finishing my order. It's obvious the mobile orders take priority because that's all they were doing. Place was not busy at all and it was lunch hour. Other associate stocking during lunch? Never assisted me while waiting. Two associates making sandwiches seem to be polite but were not directly involved with customers... guess that's what they want. No thanks... many other choices in this area.

Nastiest sub I have ever had. 1st And last time. Very plain. Stingy with lettuce, mayo, just nasty to me. Bread too tough, not fresh. Totally disappointed.
The worst! Came here from out of state visiting family and did mobile order get home and whole sub is wrong. Missing cheese which you had to add for extra $$, missing my pickles for all subs, and oil and vinegar. Absolutely disappointing!!!

The last three times we have ordered from this location, something was wrong with the order. Sandwiches were missing cheese, called to see if cheese comes on the sandwiches, which they clearly do, but on the phone was told that cheese doesn't come on the sandwiches and it would be extra. This is false because when you look at the descriptions for all of the sandwiches it clearly says what comes on them, and are able to be customized. It seems like when you customize your sandwich, it comes missing something. Whether it be extra mayo, or oil and vinegar, or anything. The order never comes correct. As much money as I spend for lunch for myself and my staff everything should be correct every single time I order. I'm talking anywhere from $30+ per order and always tip the driver. Orders should be checked and double checked if need be at this rate. And you may ask, why continue to order, well because this is the fastest delivery service that we can get, seeing as most of the time we aren't able to leave out to go get anything. Orders definitely need to be paid closer attention to. You're not cheap, and you don't even toast the bread. Disappointed. I think this will be strike three for me, you have not redeemed yourselves at all.
