I went on a Thursday night. It wasn’t too busy but the atmosphere was pleasant and the place was well-decorated.

I ordered the house margarita with mango, it was served in a drinking glass and not a margarita glass which I expected. The margarita was not very good and seemed quite watered down.

I ordered the fish tacos, they were not bad, just bland. I do not know if the chefs know what salt is.
The chips were bland, the salsa too. Boy I sure miss spices.

Service was pretty good, but not exceptional, my server was kind and attentive to refills and anything else I needed, but she can only do so much.

I also ordered an old fashioned which was very unbalanced and mostly bitters, making it quite the unpleasant drink.

All in all, there is nothing about Juan’s that stands out. The drinks are bad, the food bland and the service standard.

My team and I went to Juans while staying out of town for business. The restaurant was very nicely decorated, which is the main reason I gave three stars. Unfortunately, that was the best part of our visit. Despite ordering simple items — margaritas for the table, chicken and rice, and nachos — everything was overpriced. For a frankly average Mexican meal, our bill was nearly $300.

Service was another major issue. In all fairness, our server Kaely seemed new to serving, which likely contributed to the problems. However, regardless of inexperience, there were significant issues with accuracy, speed, and attentiveness. Kaely often stood at the service stand near our table, seemingly eavesdropping on our conversation, which made it difficult to discuss business privately.

There were also many misunderstandings that shouldn’t happen in a restaurant. For example, a server should know the difference between light and dark tequila, house/well tequila, and top-shelf tequila. When we asked for clear well tequila in our margaritas, it became a drawn-out process involving other staff clarifying, which was unnecessary and stressful.

Perhaps more training is needed, especially given the high price point. In the restaurant industry, there’s a saying: if you’re going to have bad food, have good drinks; if you’re going to have bad drinks, have good food; and if you’re going to have both, at least have good service. Unfortunately, Juans missed the mark on all fronts.

If the food and drinks were better, even with the service still lacking, I would have given five stars. But as it stands, we will not be returning, and we will not recommend this restaurant.

Very nice and friendly Atmosphere our waiter was very nice Knowledgeable about the menu. She Recommended item that we wasn’t familiar about.
Everything was 10/10 They do offer military discount only Two days out of the week call if you’re interested. Can’t remember what the days was. They do offer weekend Specials on food and Drinks. Drinks specials are after 4pm.

Parking: We parked in handicap parking not too far from from the restaurant. It is very difficult finding parking spots nearby the restaurant if it’s really busy. Due to all the other restaurants and shops around.
