Ordered take out, two - 3 pc combos with dark meat, 2 coleslaws, 1 Mac & cheese and one mashed potatoes and gravy. Actually got only 5 pcs of chicken (short one leg), one coleslaw and 2 mac & cheese. Why can't I get what I pay for? Won't be back.

Very disappointed with my recent visit to KFC. I placed my order through the app and arrived at the estimated pickup time, expecting a smooth experience. Instead, I ended up waiting nearly an hour for my food. Despite the delay, the order wasn’t cooked properly and was far below the quality I expected. What made it worse was that no one offered any kind of apology, free item, or compensation for the inconvenience. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, so there was really no excuse. Definitely not the experience I expected from a major chain like KFC.

My husband placed an order online for 12 PC mixed chicken with 6 biscuits. We got 8 thighs 4 biscuits and 4 drumsticks. Upon calling, to which noone answered the phone, we arrive there to tell what happened and they wanted the chicken we got back. Well, if they answered the phone, we would have bought the chicken. But when I asked for the pieces I wanted, they didn't have any white meat ready and it would take 16 minutes for some to be ready. If they answered the phone the chicken coulda been done when we got there. So not satisfied.

Food poisoning everytime. My stomach have been bubbling since I ate, it literally feels like my stomach is producing a different acid to brake this food down. I have always skip this KFC because it's very filthy inside. The oven where the food is stored in for heat went from silver to brown. Its in a low income area so corporate doesn't really concern themselves with the up kept of this establishment. I'm trying so hard not to vomit while writing this review. I don't understand why people will work around food knowing they have no respect for other people health. Stay away from this restaurant. I'm pretty sure their hands are not clean when handling your food. Old food , bad bacteria. My four year old have good instincts she didn't touch any of it.
