I have been a long time patronage at this restaurant, whoever was in charge of this the restaurant's operations tonight instead of being aware of what was happening in his restaurant appeared too busy while on a prolonged phone call. My server, Yasmine, informed me that a ribeye substitution for the bone-in meal was possible. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect when it arrived. Although the steak was cooked to perfection and the presentation was impressive, the order was not accurate. Yasmine was inattentive, and I had to enlist the assistance of another server to rectify the issue, who promptly ensured my order was corrected. As a server myself, I understand the importance of checking on tables after food delivery, which Yasmine neglected to do. After receiving my corrected order, I experienced an additional delay of 15 minutes before requesting assistance from another server to obtain boxes. With a 9:50 movie reservation, I proceeded to the checkout counter and addressed the "general manager," who remained on the phone, demonstrating a lack of attention to customer concerns. During my explanation, he exhibited extreme rudeness and disregard for accountability. I am extremely disappointed, having previously had positive experiences and spent considerable amounts at this business. However, the subpar service I received tonight has resulted in the loss of my future patronage.
Ordered a simple chicken quesadilla and it was served in a pool of juice. Sent it back and all they did was take it off the wet plate and put it back on the grill a minute which burned the outside and the inside was still soggy. When we spoke to the manager, he didn’t care and actually acted like it was our fault for complaining. I will still go to the LaParilla in Carrollton and Suffolk but never again to Hampton.
They can't handle large crowds well, the food was cold and vegetables was mussy

Something has changed. I've been here many times but the the last couple of times have not been good. Whatever seasoning they are using, the put it on way too heavy and on e.v.e.r.y.thing - even the salsa tasted like it had some in it. Six of us all ordered different items, but felt as if they all tasted the same. The bathroom was ?. Probably will not come back for food. Drinks and service are excellent though.

Average Mexican food. Service can be spotty. The place is clean and friendly. The men's room could use some work. The toilets leak at the base and the floors are slippery.

The staff were great and often checked if we wanted anything else. The music they had going on reminded me of the restaurants back in mexico, and the food had a very good flavor spicy good highly recommend.

Ordered a salad and enchilada barilla. The salad was half a large onion, frozen carrots and mixed vegetables used in fajitas, tacos, and burritos. Enchilada barilla had distinct flavor from the white sauce and cheese they used. There was original flavor, however the rice was standard fare. The large party and unmonitored children running around could have injured employees carrying hot foods and beverages was very loud and took away from the rest of the patrons.
Parking: Tight parking area. Alot of foot traffic.
