Let’s just start off by giving it 1 start is not half of that. I can’t even rate the food because we never got to sit down to eat.
Let’s start by when we initially first walked in seemed to be calm was not the case of course it was a Sunday afternoon. I had to wait for about 10 mins just for someone to come to desk to acknowledge the guy in front
of me party. The lady was not at all welcoming. My party was a party of 5 I was told 35 mins, received my text message at 5:24 that we were on the list. I texted my group the same time. They arrive go inside we come back in and I’m side brushed my employee screaming and walking out the door cursing. We had moved to 3rd on the list which to me would mean; it wouldn’t take that long since they were scrambling to get the larger party seated!!
Now here is my issue you have Church folk coming in, you have celebrations. As a manager, assistant manager when people are asking how long th wait is and you say 35 mins why would you also let parties know there would be additional wait time on food since you all are back up. Especially if myself party and other parties are saying we know what we want we have a show at 7:00.
You wait until you get ready to call our group at 5:50 saying it’s an additional 40 minute wait time on food!! Why didn’t you say that when people reserve a spot on the waiting list!!
Your establishment has no idea medical needs of an individual time when they have to eat which is inconsiderate!!
Your establishment didn’t know what we were celebrating before our event.
You ruined our whole evening when we could have gone somewhere else but instead we had to pick up drivers thru food before our event due to the lack and poor communication!
Out of everything on a Sunday at 6pm. The food we ordered was very salty and the all day drink specials are a waste of money. Very disappointing.

Our server was friendly and attentive. Steaks were a little overcooked. Our table was dirty and sticky when we were seated. Bathrooms did not have soap or paper towels. Hope the servers use a different bathroom 🧐 with soap.

The food was delicious. The salad was so fresh and crispy. The salad portions are all over the place, would be better to have similar sized salads especially for a large group.
Really enjoyed the new York strip and the shrimp appetizer.

I love long horn however today was by far my WORST experience MANDY the waitress is HORRIBLE we never even received or got offered bread or water. We waited over 45 mins she helped other people but not us. She forgot that she never even took our order. I will not be returning to this location.
The restaurant floor disgusting that was a red flag itself, i order a stake didn't taste good at all. Server give us bread without any utensil. Then refill the drink once you have to ask for her.Do we feel didn't pay attention during the service at all. Steak was burnt. The fish was overcooked

Took forever for a waiter to come to our table. Ordered drinks which was served with bread. Didn’t see waiter again until 30 mins later. In the meantime, we had no silverware or napkins. When we asked the waiter to bring us some, he forgot the first time we asked and and when he did finally come back with our utensils, he forgot our refills we had also asked for. Then he came back with our salads to once again announce he had forgotten our drink refills. We never saw him again. A while later, 2 ladies brought our food to us. Prob been about an hour ago that we gave him our good order. Food was only slightly warm. It probably sat on a tray forever waiting to be picked up and served to customer. We ate what we could without any beverage whatsoever, paid for meal using the app (remember I said we never saw our waiter again) and left. THE ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE WE HAVE EVER HAD!
Steak was amazing, baked potato was also scrumptious

We went this past Sunday and was seated at a wobbly table!We asked for another table but the door host/manager was unfriendly at pointed us to another wobbly table!We just asked the waitress for a booth because the door host said they was all taken!But our sweet waitress found us a booth!She was nice!Also the lambs are dirty and the food was not good!I won’t ever go the Hampton one again!That host was nasty and that building is dated and dusty!

If ordering for pick up don’t bother unless you’re ordering 1 hour ahead of time. Service was slow

My family and I visited this restaurant on February 1 and had a horrible experience! My wife and I have both workend in the hospitality industry for years, so we're more forgiving than most, however there is a clear lack of management and organization. The restaurant was busy when we came in so we expected longer wait times. We sat at our table and waited patiently, so long in fact that I canceled my beverage order and we ended up just getting our food to go. The floors were filthy, silverware was dirty, and nobody had given the bathrooms any attention at all. Long story short, I'd stay away from this restaurant until they figure out how to properly manage a busy dinner shift. The food was pretty good though.
