Marco's Pizza

I got a large pepperoni magnifico. I got addressed by the staff in moments and getting my order was quick. The pizza was piping hot and delicious. A little bit on the greasy side, but that didn't take away from the taste or texture. Definitely one of the best pizzas I've had. I would recommend. I'll be going back again.

I recently received a coupon for Marco’s Pizza in my mailbox and attempted to use it today. However, I was informed that the coupon could not be honored because it is not valid on New Year’s Eve.

The coupon clearly lists an expiration date of 1/31/26 but does not state any restrictions regarding holidays or specific dates. If there are exclusions such as New Year’s Eve, I recommend that this information be clearly stated on the coupon so customers are aware of any limitations before attempting to use it.

I wanted to share this feedback to help avoid similar confusion in the future.

I placed an order for delivery. One large pizza and a 12 inch steak sub. It wasn’t the normal quality. The pizza did not look fresh. The toppings were clumped toward the middle of the pizza and the crust topper was missing. It was like the pizza had been made right when it was ordered, but sat on the shelf waiting on delivery queue.

I tried the 6 inch steak sub previously and liked it. I’m not sure what happened with the 12 inch sub, but it appeared to have the same steak and cheese portion as the 6 inch sub. I pretty much paid more for extra bread. I had also requested no mayo, but it still came with mayo.

When possible, it’s better to order from this location for carry out. The pizza will be ready in less than 15 minutes and you can check the quality before heading home. Local delivery can take 45-60 minutes.

By far one of the BEST pizza Spots in VA!!! And the staff..... Superb!!! Ty for the good food!!

Ordered delivery to Langley AFB here a few times and it’s been late every time. Today was the last time I order from this Marco’s. After this order was 45 minutes late I called the store to ask about my order. I was told some generic excuse and wasn’t given a new estimated delivery time. Then the person hung up on me. My order ended up being an hour late. Marco’s is low to mid grade pizza to start with so the least they could do is have good service and take care of customers on base that don’t have a lot of delivery options.

Their pizza is so good. I usually buy Dominos but wanted to try new pizza places. Marcos did not disappoint. Will definitely buy again.

Ordered a large order for delivery at 4:15pm. At 5:45 still didn't have the order and watched another neighbor get a delivery 4 houses down from us. Called at 7:05pm and was told the order was on the shelf ready but waiting for a driver to be available to deliver it. At 7:45 called again and was told the same. Decided to go to the store and pick it up ourselves and was told the order had been thrown away due to not being picked up. Wish 0 stars was an option.

My family and I love Marcos Pizza, we’ve only encountered one mix up, but the team was accommodating.

I was at Great Clips next door

I ordered my pizza at 1:12am and got it like 20 minutes later it was awesome! Perfect for a late night of putting together new furniture while watching cops. Food was awesome and the kind lady who delivered for me was very pleasant and fun, I’m very grateful you guys were open!!!

Found multiple hairs on our pizza. Was after we'd eaten most of one. Pretty gross. Threw the rest out.
