I can't believe they charged me $17 for a sandwich, soup and Drink. Way overpriced for the amount of food. I'll never eat McAlister's again. I feel robbed! Food tasted just OK, nothing to brag about. That's what minimum wage does to eating out. It's still minimum wage for you idiots that think you can live on minimum wage. You can raise it to any amount and it will still be minimum wage!

Twice visited and twice they are out of menu items (first was avocados..., second was any honey BBQ pork). Menu ordering on app doesn't say what's out either.For a new place the men's bathroom was also inop, with no one working on it. Just a wet floor sign.Not worth the wait (slow service) or lack of consistency.

This place is very obviously run by people who know more about business than they do food. We’ve been there a handful of times now and there’s always at least a couple of dudes sitting around looking at laptops and spreadsheets who appear at some level to be running the place. If they took a minute to look at the food that was coming out instead of their spreadsheet, they’d see the sub par ingredients being smashed together and served. I’m not convinced that the people who appear to own or manage the place have a clear understanding of what the food they’re serving is actually supposed to taste like. If they did, I’d imagine they’d fix it. Good concept, good menu, poor execution and clueless owners are all adding up to this place not being here long.

My McAllister club was delicious. Perfect mix of sauce, meats, cheasses and veggies. My Mac and cheese was hot but not too hot. For my drink, a special request strawberry Arnold palmer. A perfect blend of tart, tang, sweet, nd sour. Thank u guys. I will remember my service nd be back again.

The chicken tortilla soup is like gravy. The chili was like it was from a can. Don't recommend eating here. Go to Jason's deli instead. I wasted 40$ on food that just was no good. I won't be returning ever.

A quick salad sandwhich lunch turn to an hour plus. Some of the slowest service I've had in a long time. Quality of deli meat is like the lowest quality from Sysco (subway has better meat). Rueban was not even toasted. Multiple people to go orders having to return their food for missing and wrong items. Not many people in the restaurant but piles of plates. Save yourself time and money and skip it

I'm surprised this place is in Hampton, Probably the only good place to eat in Hampton. I will say they are slow under pressure, but they're new as well so take that into consideration, but i've had no problems! Their broccoli cheddar soup is 200X better than Panera. it is Absolutley delicious.
