This location is trash. Why is there a dime sized squirt of tartar sauce on filet sandwich and when asked for more was told I would have to pay extra but at the same time gave me FOUR sauces for a 10 piece McNugget. Make it make sense yall. Zero customer service at drive thru. Even the mgr was trash. DM needs to do something. Don’t waste your time here at the hood spot, go to the other one up the street, you’ll have a better experience.

Rude staff! Asked for fries at 10:58am and was told breakfast is untill 11 in a rude short tone. it was a full line and I wouldn't have gotten my food for atleast 10 minutes.

The overnight manager needs to be fired. Whole team, honestly. Drove up to the window to get my mobile order(since that's what they were only excepting) and was ignored for a few minutes while I watched one of the workers standing nearby chatting away. I knocked on the window, and she turned and looked at me and kept talking. She finally came on her own time, opened the window, and was loud/ proudly yapping away about how she spit in a customers drink for being upset about a wrong order they received. Honestly, everyone on the overnight team needs to be fired expeditiously.

My roommates had gotten McDonald's a few days before, and I couldn't get the smell of the fries out of my mind. I was SO disappointed. I rarely get fast food, and was sorry I did this time. My Big Mac was cold, and dried out. The fries were cold and hard. Strange because this McDonald's is always busy. I didn't eat but a few bites.

The worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Dining room opens at 0600 and after sitting for 15 minutes outside the door, I was rudely shoo’d away. I tried to explain to the worker who would only talk to me through the door that I had a trailer that doesn’t fit through the drive thru and it’s 0615. His response to me was, “whatever bra”.
