I’ve never gotten my food even remotely quick here whether it’s a pick up order, ordering in store, or in the drive through. There’s ALWAYS an excessive wait time. Employees are usually nice though.

The employees the lower staff members were very nice, however the manager who was working on Thursday December 4th at 8:00 was extremely disgusting her attitude was unacceptable towards us. I'm a Uber Eats delivery driver and there were two other doordash drivers in the lobby waiting and she came out and said how come every time I turn around there's more people in here I responded to her that the door was open and she said the lobby was closed mind you it's only 8:00 and the posted hours on the door windows saying the dining hours are till 11:00 and I don't understand how anybody could work in that environment with her she needs to be gone ASAP

Just popping in to give credit where it is due because the last few visits to this location I had been raving to my husband about how much better, hotter the food has been and how friendly the staff has become. If you had asked me a couple months ago what I thought about this location, I probably would’ve mentioned the staff being a little unprofessional and lacking the customer service sparkle but my last few visits as of recent, it seems like this place has made a total 360. I’ve wondered if this location has recently gotten new management who has finally gotten it on track on track. Regardless, I have to say the staff have been so incredibly friendly and the food has been great. Keep up the good work!

The worst thing about this place was ordering by phone and waiting 40 minutes for it to arrive. It was completely different. I ordered sweet tea and they gave me unsweetened tea. The coffee was awful, tasteless and sugar-free. Never again.

I placed an order for a meal deal and instead of putting chicken nuggets in one of my boxes they just gave me a box of pickles…Rest of the food was okay, but that’s pretty terrible.

Just a traveler that stopped for drinks here !! Whoever was working the drive thru 4:45am Friday into Saturday , she has reddish locs and older ! VERY NASTY, VERY RUDE! I work overnights myself and there’s no excuse!!
