We came to the McDonalds to grab a quick breakfast at the drive through with quick and pleasant customer service, but the reason I felt moved to leave this review was the fact that they went above and beyond!
My twin 4 year olds were so upset that it was breakfast and they couldn’t have their favorite, French Fries. John saw they were crying and took the time to make each of my three kids fresh fries out of the kindness of his heart. That small gesture made such a huge positive impact on the rest of our day and just reminded me that there are more good hearted people in my community than not. Thanks John!

I honestly hate this location. Every time I come I am asked to wait on my order. I am writing this as I sit and wait for the quarter pounder they drug thru oil before putting it on the buns. So much oil I it and saw a small collection of oil in the corner of the box!! The bread was SOAKED IN OIL. What's going on at this location. Poor service, poor food, poor attitudes smh. Tried calling the customer care and like the restaurant POOR SERVICE

I went in the drive thru and I thought I heard the lady say to go to the second window. I was kinda confused because there was someone already at window one, so I thought maybe there was a problem with their thing. So I went to window two. The manager, Kenny, yelled at me. He said I was cutting. I explained I was told to go, and would be okay waiting in one of the reserve spots. But he continued to yell (and I literally mean yell) saying it was too late and how it has to be done all over. Also they got my order wrong.

I called about it, was promised a call back from the general manager, but I never got one. I will be disputing my charge with my bank.

Worst experience ever. No one was taking any orders at the drive thru for a long time. The cashier finally answered and my mom started ordering. The cashier was so rude and kept interrupting my mom. We left without paying because the worker wasn’t listening that much like she was distracted by something.
