Food is not good. Do not come to McDonald’s on Mallory. McDonald’s on fox hill is 100% better. Every time I go here the food is just not good. And I live right by it. They need new management or employees or both.

I wish I could give everything 0 stars. It was terrible, they acted like the ordering counter wasn't there, the employees were fighting and cursing at each other. I went to go get our food even though they were supposed to bring it to my table, I asked for my 2 fountain drinks and the lady handed me 2 random cups that were on the counter. I said they weren't even near our food how were we supposed to know and she though the cups away and slammed my cups on the counter. Our food was cold and I will not be coming back. Ever.

Spent over 20 minutes in the drive thru for fries and drinks. They completely abandoned the drive thru window and I had to tell them multiple times that we had two drinks. It’s pretty pathetic. I know it’s fast food but I’ve been to multiple better McDonald’s.

They said they were waiting on fries and asked me to pull forward. My husband and I worked fast food as teenagers and know it only takes a few minutes to drop some fries. I sat there for 20 minutes while 10 other vehicles after me got their food. An employee brought someone else's order to my car and went to walk away when I said it wasn't mine. I had to stop him to ask about my order since so many others had received theirs and I was only waiting on fries. He went in and came back out with my order and it was all cold. I live less than a mile down the street, but I will go to the Fox Hill location instead from now on. This is absolutely ridiculous. And this was not the first problem with this location, it was just the final straw.
