The manager wanted to argue with me over what I know I ordered and kept saying it was not on the receipt. Instead of making it right she kept walking away. It was a drink and 2 hashbrowns it was stupid and we just left. Then to top it off I live 1 minute drive from there and our food was cold and sauce was already setting up like it had been sitting for awhile. I will just go to the one in willowoaks from now on because this McDonald's always messes up and it's long wait times waited 25 mins for it to be not what we asked for.

If possible, I would give this place either a one star or four stars. This McDonald's is close to a high school, and just before school, just after school or during lunch the place is crowded and loud and service is slow due to the influx of rowdy students. During my visit there the staff were distracted by students who were harassing a homeless person. Other than at the specific times, the staff are friendly the service is good and I would rate it is one of the better McDonald's in this area.

Went on my break since Mallory street closed early. Waited 30 mins in drive thru since they wanted to close the lobby and still couldn’t pick up a mobile order, but the app allows you to choose counter pick up. I don’t understand it. What’s hard about getting people in and out quickly. Worst location in this area.

Bread was old and stale. Cheese was hard, cold, and dark. Sandwich was not aligned with the bread. Fries were cold. Drinks were watered down. This has to be the worst McD’s on the peninsula. Shut it down.

There’s only two 50ish year old women giving out old stale food bun broken missing pieces and took dam near 20 minutes for a ten piece and a quarter pounder plus the fries were redipped at least twice instead of made fresh and have absolutely way to much salt on them this is just unacceptable ive been going for years and never had this problem MY ENTIRE ORDER IS INEDIBLE

I went there on 12/28/2024 to pick up an UberEats order. I was ignored for about 15 minutes with multiple employees walking past me even though I could see the order sitting on the counter by the delivery bags. I guess they weren't properly trained in customer service or they just don't like delivery drivers 🤷.
Sat in the drive through for 25 minutes just for us to get to the window and they hadn’t even begun making the order and even then gave the wrong order STILL. Very unprofessional and customer service SUCKS
