Depending on the time of day, you can quickly go through the drive-through (use the app!) or sit in the drive-through for 30 minutes. They usually have the items I order in stock. The staff is friendly, but the location could be difficult to exit from due to traffic and its location.

Me and my son stood in McDonald's Hampton Virginia Pembroke Ave and Shelton Road in the line with no service for over 20 minutes just standing I started asking the manager and the workers can somebody come in service us at the register and nobody came we were ignored. I asked for the manager to come and help me she ignored me and they that one crew member provide a service to me and my son instead six crew members were cuddled up around two door Dash orders trying to figure out what items go in the the bags I am now across the street at the KFC ordering and the services okay and we are about to be on our wayI

I would put 0 stars if itd let me, unfriendly employees, I've ordered there multiple times and every time they never add onion when I spent the extra money for it, yes its .50 cents but that adds up over time! And the music they are listening to is not family friendly half the time, they really need to weed out the bad eggs and get some decent people working there but either way, they've lost my business.
By far the worst mc ds I have been to. The 2 times I have gone both times I was missing items, one being a whole meal, the cheeseburger had nothing on it but pickles, just a bun pickles and the patty, missing a drink, the chicken nuggets seemed like they were sitting out for awhile and they just refried them to heat them up. Took a bite and it was hard and dry. Waited a good 15mins. Service had attitude the entire time. Complained when mentioned items missing like it was my fault. Definitely won’t be going back there. Horrible
