Just left this McDonald’s on fox hill rd. Received not one napkin. Double filet of fish which comes with cheese on each fish patty only had one. Called and someone pretending to be manager stated I need to pay for the other cheese slice. McDonalds on Mercury Blvd has customer service, food made to order McDonalds way and you can get napkins 🤣😂

Avoid this location if you play the Monopoly promotion. The food I ordered off the Monopoly menu was packaged in containers without the Monopoly tags/stickers (probably so they can redeem them for themselves).

No stars my food was cold fish had mayo I don’t eat mayo the bread was hard and burnt !!! And also I waited in the drive thru for about 40mins!!!

How hard is it to set a order correct?? It’s not rocket science. There are pictures on the register. This is the 2nd time we made it home to find the order is wrong. Not going back again.
Update: why should I have to explain it again on the McDonalds website? It happened. The receipt is in the bag with the Big Mac meal. The bag is In The trash. It’s no wonder why brick and mortar stores are going the way of the dinosaur. Customer service has become non existent.

This used to be the best McDonalds until about 4-5 months ago. I come here all the time since it's right around the corner, now all of a sudden I would say 8/10 times my order is wrong. I do a mobile order purposely so nothing can be lost in translation - almost every time (unless its breakfast) they give me the wrong order. It's so annoying - I shouldn't have to analyze the contents of my bag before I drive off.

I love this location. Today I was totally shocked first I informed the employee that of my mobile order and she gave me the impression she did not believe me. Of course, I had my email receipt. Double fish meal no cheese, no salt and no ice. I received a double fish with cheese no tarter, salt on fries which was just placed in front of me. I had to show her my receipt. I can understand if they were busy but they were not.

So I stop here 3x out of the week for breakfast & they always have that one light skin girl with a short blonde haircut doing the work of 3 people . She’s at the window, she’s helping us at the kiosk and counter and she runs food out the door isn’t that the job of 2/3 ppl? Idk if Tyquioa is a manager or not but if she is she needs to be fired she doesn’t know how to talk to her coworkers . I see people standing around not helping their coworkers while that lightskin girl is a tremendous help she cares about the customers and that’s all that matters this her name starts with a Z

I had to get the young lady name from someone else because this lady “Tyquioa Harris” has a very bad attitude. A very nasty attitude. She yells at the other employees and talks to them as if they are toddlers. There’s a way to speak to people and get your point across without being nasty. I’ve seen her ignore her coworkers or have a nasty attitude rolling her eyes huffing and puffing . I like this location but her attitude makes you not want to spend your money at this establishment . If she’s apartment of management she needs to be demoted asap she does not reflect a good McDonald’s core. I visit this location often and it’s always her no matter the day or time she’s the same “nasty”

And then the guy doesn't give me correct change and give me the entire money I gave him back. So I gave it to the manager and threw the manager. I need the correct change. I can't just not pay

Stopped at this McDonald's today and took 15 minutes to get my food. There were about 10 of us inside waiting on our food and one girl to help. Not sure what is going on with fast food lately but the customer service is ridiculous. To top it off my food wasn't even right.
