This McDonald’s is the worst I’ve ever seen. Most of the workers are lazy, the food always looks poorly prepared like as if they just threw it together without care, the inside is always dirty, and somehow they’re always out of coke. No clue what the deal is but this location is a dump.

I placed a curb side order, upon arriving I waited 10 minutes and no one came out . I got in the drive through line and told them I had been waiting so they told me to pull up and the employee told me she was not sacrificing herself getting wet again cause it was raining( defeats curbside in my opinion. Got home and part of my order was missing . This is the 2nd time I have had an issue with this stores curbside . I called the store manager ( Mel and asked for a refund on my card and he says they can’t do that since I used the McDonald’s app. In order to get my missing food I have to go back up there , so frustrating. McDonald’s in willow oaks needs to do better .

Giaimo has totally ruined fast food restaurants in this area. The McDonald's on Fox Hill is constantly out of the regular sellers such as Coke and sausage burritos. Staff acts like they hate to be there. Probably the worst McDonald's in Hampton. If you see the Giaimo management sign, do a 180, and save yourself a headache.

The staff is usually very friendly here however going to get lunch today with no one in line they point for me to wait in a reserved spot. That is fine but when I watch the worker hand my food to someone doing their hair then realize it wasn’t theirs hand handed it back.. the employee tried to give me the food he had already given to another person. The employee was polite was I asked for it to be remade I’m just a bit confused on how a such big establishment doesn’t teach their employees proper food handling

My son and I came into the establishment for lunch after his 2nd grade graduation this week and it was a Friday. Service was quick and fast. Food came out hot and fresh! My only issue was a bunch of teenagers in the corner of the restaurant. It was 12pm so I was confused why they wasn’t in school. They were vaping as well inside the restaurant while customers were eating. While we were eating. Staff didn’t say anything to them. Seems like the normal here at this location.
Nice young lady with a short blonde cut helped me out tremendously. She was truly a gem and handled my order fantastically after one of her coworkers messed it up. You guys need to give her a raise or higher position!! She leads very well.

Hands down THE worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. I moved here back in Feb 2025, came into town late and needed something to eat. No response at the drive thru. Since that time I have tried this location 2 other times to the exact same service. Missing, this is one store that needs to be completely automated bc the staff isn’t worth what they’re paid by any means. AVOID this location and go to LITERALLY ANY OTHER STORE.

Food-cold fries were shriveled up and cold Service makes me not want to go back. Always ask for hot fries but also check to make sure the fry container is filled up and not half way. Sometimes I receive hot fries on top and cold fries on the bottom. Just sad.
