I've been to this location a few times. The customer services is always bad. Food is never good. The employees are very unprofessional. I've even heard a supervisor or manager yell at the employees quite loudly. This time I got a shake, it wasn't filled up all the way or stirred all the way. Corporate, you need need to get involved. 3.3 star average is pretty bad.

The last time I had ordered food their fries were stale and they didnt taste like they were even fresh or cooked completely. I believe the food should be fresh and the fries should good amd fresh. The lady at the drive through acted like she didn't have any customer service skills whatsoever. She just kept saying is that all?? But it's just not worth buying fast food anymore and you get crappy food and crappy service. I dont like McDonald's and every single time i order food from this place its always the same. Its either their customer service sucks or their food is just gross.

I don't know what happen to old management when the food was actually worst eating. Now they just give you anything and expect you to be ok . I don't know if it the people they are hiring but this McDonald's went down hill . Example go to lunch get a 5 dollar bag with the mcdouble guess what no buns lmao just meat, ketchup pickle and cheese. Get home and was piss go back you think they was curious mmmm nope .
