If i could leave 0 i would; i got off work after a 15 hour shift to grab my son breakfast. Went through the drive-thru and waited 15 min in the 2nd lane; only to have them take orders from the 1st lane (* 2 orders in 15 minutes might i add, 1 of which had arrived 8 minutes after i had*). So I pulled forward to speak to someone, to address an issue they might not be aware of. Although the girl working the drive-thru did not say anything inappropriate, her lack of interest or care and attitude in her facial expression spoke volumes. If they were not taking orders from that lane, i totally understand but perhaps they should have placed something to indicate that the lane was closed- if both for me for other guests that had pulled in the lane as well.
The negligence in basic operations, customer service and what looked like personal hygiene of the staff; I would strongly advise not to visit here. Which is a shame because previously I would have said this location was one of the better ones.

This location tends to screw up more often than not. If you order a double cheeseburger, check before you pull out. They will give you a mcdouble instead every time

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to and I have traveled the world! No customer service, whatever. You need new management so you can get better employees. Start by firing the girl in the drive thru window.

I was there for a quick snack around 8pm on a Saturday evening & it was one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The female front counter staff seemed totally uninterested in her job. She just had this look of "I don't want to be here to serve customers" kind of look & attitude. I ordered from the kiosk which asked me to take a table counter number, which means they were supposed to bring the food to your table. It wasn't even a busy night & she called out my name so I had to go & pick it up from the counter. If that's how they operate, they should get rid of the table counter numbers because it depletes its original purpose. I asked for some ketchup & all I got was a blank stare. I asked again & she begrudgingly pulls out a few packets. Not even a simple "here you go". I know this is McDonald's & not a fine dining restaurant, let alone a half-decent table serviced restaurant. But even fast food restaurants should have staff members who have half an idea of what customer service should be about.

It's McDonald's, so don't expect any Michelin stars, but the store was clean and the staff were kind and professional. It was a bit weird that they're still playing Christmas music in February, though.

Update: Two visits in a row... they gave my order to the vehicle in front of me.

Update: Two visits in a row... sat at curbside delivery for 15 minutes, nobody ever came out, had to go in.

UPDATE: Changing my 1 star review to 4 stars.
I had lunch here again today and I was very pleased to see that in store conditions have improved significantly since my last review. It smells like burgers and fries again!!
Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because there were a few guests who placed an order after me but got their food before I did, also my fries were not salted. Otherwise the food was super fresh and very tasty!
Employees seemed to be much happier and much more on top of everything as well. Thank you to all the hard workers here.

This specific McDonald's ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE POOP INSIDE!
Not to be rude, but it's as if they mop the floors with soiled toilet water. It's offensive. And it hasn't improved in the last 4 months.

It blows my mind that people are even able to eat food inside the building without the smell being too much of a turn off.
Whoever's in charge should really do something about this.

The smell not only turns customers away but your poor employees are forced to breath that in for their entire shift while they're getting underpaid on top of all that..
