Waited 40 mins for 3 kids meals . The service was terrible. The boy behind register was lazy. Nobody was helping anyone at counter. They were having a bad day one lady claimed. She had phone to her ear yacking whole time. She finally gave us 3 kids meals , get home, no nuggets in any of them. Terrible service at this McDonalds. Get better employees or close the inside if yah cant handle orders that day !!! Update. Went back and got refund and nuggets .

Customer service is in the trash here pulled up at 10:28am ordered a kids meal was told they won't serve me till 10:30 to pull around and wait. I used my app and ordered sat in my car and waited for a hamburger kids meal till 11:00 am and the kids meal had no extra fries as ordered and the fries were cold and did not bring the kids drink out. And carmal frappe was watery and half melted. Pathetic customer service. Update: Second try ordered 2 20piece nuggets and received old hard and cold nuggets this is the worst 🤮 place in the franchise I ever been to.

They had attitude at us asked a question they closed the window in our face! They stuffed the food in the bag and the bag ripped soon as we got out the car and they told us that we have to go in the McDonald’s never go here!!

Put an order in on the app my husband went to go pick it up. They had a nasty attitude through the drive-through and it took over an hour to receive the food. Then they shoved all the food and one bag and when we get out the car, the bag ripped due to everything being shoved in one bag

This place stays disappointing me. Yall had us pay for the wrong order despite us naming off what we had. Got refunded and paid for the correct one fortunately, however, we were missing items in our bag, like how are you gonna put in ONE snack wrap when the meal is supposed to have TWO. The one time I didnt decide to check the bag since we were waiting for our order at the window for an eternity.

Merryweather Riddle

Ordered food at 11:40pm for a curbside pickup and it took an hour and half to even get the food. No one brought it out and the doors were locked. The food was lukewarm at best, and the drink had been watered down. The drive through line was slow and busy, 20 minutes per car…update your hours or just close at night.

I ordered two McChickens, two sweet teas, and a medium fry for pickup, and everything was fresh and tasted great. The location was pretty busy, but they still got the order out quickly and accurately. Solid experience overall, especially considering the high traffic!
