I have been trapped in this drive thru for 20 minutes. Took 12 to take my order—while sitting at the menu board—and 8 to get though the rest of the line. This is INSANE.

HORRIBLE ! Pam is horrible ! I’m pregnant and I sent my husband to McDonalds to get me some fries and a sweet tea using my app. She claimed she tried to help but she didn’t help at all. I had to pay full price for my fries and couldn’t get my tea. Her customer service is horrible ! I even called after he got back to get her name and she hung up in my face. Now she’s gonna tell her GM, well guess what lady.. IM WAITING ! Please call them so I can tell them how horrible of a manager you are. Makes no sense !! HORRIBLE !! She needs to be fired.

Let’s start by saying this night shift they have all they are doing is preparing DoorDash orders not even letting anyone know what’s going on nothing been in this line over 30 minutes honestly ridiculous the manager just making drinks like wha about your drive thru hellooo not to mention the headsets are done so they could care less about the drive thru

This woman yelled profanities at us through a closed window, I already sent the video of her to corporate. She had the worst attitude out of the bunch and definitely made the situation worse.

All over an order they messed up.
Instead of trying to fix their mistake they spent 20 minutes arguing with us over it.
They overcharged us, rolled their eyes and slammed the drive thru window multiple times.

When I asked for the name of one of the girls working she threw a fit and stormed off..

This place is crazy immature, I have second hand embarrassment for them.

I always get breakfast on the weekend before work and I always gotta wait at the speaker box till someone comes on and till I drive the window! She said they won’t open till 6AM . What ! lol okay atleast wear a headset and let us know . Instead of having an attitude.

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever gone to in my life. It took 40 mins for a mcchicken and snack wrap. Didn’t even get my cup of ice correct, they handed me water in a cup and was confused when I asked for my ice. What a joke. Fire the whole staff and clean up the weed smell. Might have a better location if you did that

It smells so bad in this store all the time. I come over on my lunch break a couple days out of the week and it always smells like dog poop in here, I feel like it’s progressively getting worse smfh
