Stopped off at my local McDonald’s for some quick food. After 30 min of waiting in the drive thru and watching the workers joking and playing through the service window, finally got our food and got a Gordon Ramsey experience!(It’s RAWWWW)I have low expectations of McDonald’s honestly, never thought they’d stoop lower though

Always get orders wrong and they make it so difficult to even get to speak to someone about it. The food is always cold. When you bring it up you get the worst attitude from the staff. They are more interested in having inappropriate conversations than helping their customers. Terrible!!

Wouldn’t serve me. Says hours are 24/7, but in drive thru told me she would only accept mobile orders, door dash and Uber eats. So I put in a mobile order and then I went thru again, but then she said she would only take Uber eats and door dash. She said after an hour I’d get refunded for my order. I had just got off a long flight it was 2am and I was trying to get something to eat and she refused to serve me.

I have NEVER felt compelled to write a review of any place until I went here, refused to give me my food, refused to give me a refund, and got mad and raised their voice when I was upset about it. WORST service I have EVER experienced. AVOID HERE AT ALL

This was the cleanest McDonald’s that I have been in in a long time. The ladies at the front counter were very sweet and friendly and the food was actually good and prepared as ordered. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a quick bathroom break and we were pleasantly surprised. It’s nice to receive good service in todays world at a McDonald’s.

, My only problem is I would advise you to check your meal. It doesn't matter morning or night. of 10 meal I purchased 8 of them are incorrect or missing something. Besides, that customer service is good
