I don't know what's going on at this McDonald's at 11:23 in the morning on a Tuesday but the ladies in both of the windows were so nice to me. Greeted me with a smile and now I feel like I want to come back and eat here again LOL

Disappointed with my recent order from McDonald’s. I placed a mobile order for two iced coffees, two sausage egg cheese McGriddles, and two hash browns. While the McGriddles were good, the hash browns were undercooked—soft and lacking the usual crispiness.

The iced coffees were the biggest letdown. They tasted mostly like water, had barely any flavor, and were served hot. Instead of making proper iced coffee, the staff just added ice to hot coffee without mixing in the syrup or sweetener, which sank to the bottom untouched. On top of that, both cups were mishandled—coffee had spilled onto the lids, and I had to clean up the mess myself.

Overall, the order felt rushed and careless. Not the kind of experience I expect when ordering through the app.

Went the the McDonalds on Aberdeen this morning....something about the morning shift. I go to this McDonalds because it's on my way to work but I might have to just go to Hardees or Wendy's up the street because I can't even take the ghetto managers at the Giaimo restaurants. First problem is rudeness when there is an issue. If there is an issue, there is an issue. If you are in management you should be setting an example for the people that work under you as to what good customer service is even with difficult customers JUST BE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. If you don't want to be there and deal then find another profession. Good grief, people go to restaurants to enjoy a meal and we eat with our senses. If the food looks and tastes good and you have polite, courteous people serving you that's a win, win every time. After the rude manager told me they couldn't do something they have been doing for weeks I didn't even want the food but I was already running late for work....maybe my little $5 or $10 doesn't make a difference to you but in the grand scheme of things if all of your customers decided to patronize another restaurant just once a week imagine how much money you will lose. Honesty and integrity with prices, procedures and Customer Service is EVERYTHING!!!

All I wanted was extra breakfast sauce and I got barely any the sad part is I’ve only had three hours of sleep and just wanted some food and all I want was what I paid I didn’t have two stars, at least at first until I taste that my caramel macchiato they have no caramel why?

Mc Donald's all locations never fails at getting worse every time we go. Rude workers, food quality gets worse, portion size gets smaller, cleanliness lacks. Quality of ingredients have gotten worse and worse over time and prices continually rise.

Staff was great, I’m sure half the people just swipe their card and don’t look at the receipt, I ordered a chicken biscuit combo, Regular size, They charge me for a medium when I got up to the first window, I politely Said I only want a regular combo not up charged, They changed it he swiped My card got the receipt. I looked at it. There was still a 50 Cent drink up charge., I asked About it at the next window, nobody knew why I didn’t ask for a refund. Did a quick Google search and apparently franchises can set their own prices on up charges. Long story short the price you see on the screen is not the price you pay they still charge a up charge even for small sweet tea . Dishonest if you ask me, I will not be going back to that location. Staff was great management is sneaky.

The time they open seems to be incorrect. I was there when they were supposedly open and I was told, that they aren’t open and that I cannot sit on the timer in the drive through and that I must drive off.
