Terrible we had to wait for like half an hour just just to be told we have to go in in order to order the food and we decided to go to another McDonald’s and when turned There were five employees, just laughing and chatting in front of the McDonald’s place they only care about the money and not the feelings of other people.

Terrible customer service especially the manager. Does not know how to manage or lead a team. Poor communication even made a staff member cry for messing up. Speaker in drive thru is messed up. Messed up our order and claimed we didn't pay even though we have a receipt. Will not be returning to location. They need to do better.

Floors so nasty you slide the whole time your there. Horrible customer service. Nobody greets you, Don bother going to the counter you are forced to use a kiosk and the kiosk doesn't print the ticket the way it should so you still ha eto repeat to them your order. The absolute worse McDonald's hampton roads has to offer leave you food sitting without telling you. It's highly disgusting and disappointing!
Drive thru person was good. Service was fast but forgot our drinks completely. Fries were salted good. Main issue is that I was enjoying my deluxe crispy chicken but I spotted a Medium black long hair with brown roots. It was wrapped around it from the bottom bun to the inside of the chicken patty🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮
I have a video yanking out the hair and a piece of the patty was dangling with it. It was that wrapped up on the food 🤢🤢🤢🤮
