Ordered a kids meal with a diet coke . I was up charged for a small drink WITHOUT my permission, when I asked for a refund while in DRIVE THRU, I was told they were busy and I had to come in for a mistake they made. So I go in, I was very polite & even said thank you to the manager (did not get her name but she was white) and she did not greet or say one word to me. I paid with a card but I was refunded coins…. Also, she did not hand back my receipt, I had to pick it up from the other side of the register when i clearly placed it in here hands. In addition, none of the sauces for my nuggets were in the bag. Despite up charging me for a diet coke, I was given a regular coke. I just don’t understand why people make a career in customer service and lack customer service skills. All of this occurred 11/14/25 between 5:30-6. I will be calling corporate or who ever owns this McDonald’s with my formal
Complaint .

Terrible customer service. Everyone including the manager will stare at you at the counter for 15 mins, walk past you, have conversations and laugh with other employees and not even acknowledge you are there. Place is filthy everytime I pick up a DoorDash order and I always have to wait because none of the employees are working.

I stopped by this McDonald's last night. The worst experience ever at a McDonald's. The evening manager is not doing a good job. He wouldnt give me a receipt so that I could complete the survey. Saying they were out of register paper. I asked for a Big Mac without Mac sauce. The sandwich looked liked they purposely put extra Mac sauce.
He said I couldn't get points for the purchase due I was using a coupon. Other McDonald's allow you to aquire points with any purchase. I went to the bathroom and they didn't have any toilet tissue.. just McDonald's brown paper napkins stacked on the tissue dispenser. The floor in the lobby was sticky and stained. Please hire better management or retrain this person.I will not be returning to this location.
