RUDE AS CRAP!!!! I’m door dashing on December 23,2025 2:06pm and I walk in I attempted to greet 2 employees with a friendly HELLO .. it’s the holidays anyway they both looked right past me like I wasn’t even here! I’m am so glad I am practicing living a different way because I could have told them about theirselves…. Management please advice employees to greet every guest ! Sista girl with the locs acting like she in charge she may be a manager not sure however she needs a talking to in how to have a positive attitude at work cussing n fussing smh

There was a hair in the food. When my husband attempted to be discreet, the manager made a big deal about it. He said he would like a replacement, and he did get it, but only after avoiding him and putting out many orders ahead of his replacement.

The slowest service on the planet! I’ve come here 3 times and everytime I sit in the drive thru lane for 20-30 minutes. I expect this for chick fil not a lowsy McDonald’s. The last time I ordered on the app waited 15 minutes in drive thru with not a single car movement, I finally went inside and the employee gave me an attitude for not going through the drive through. I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes to get my food and the employee practically shoved it in my face saying “here you go” and of course it was missing things I don’t plan to ever return here

Been a few times recently as near the racetrack.Pretty good at getting food in decent time and one time was a bit of wait and gave me a large fry instead of small for waiting.
