I ordered a Mod sausage and pepperoni with pesto sauce, and the pizza wasn't cooked all the way. I'm very disappointed. I wish they would've kept the one in Newport News VA.

Had a Cauliflower Pizza build my own. Ingredients was good but the cauliflower crust was overcooked I was on my lunch hour so no time for a remake customer service was good though

The rudest staff I have ever encountered. It's honestly sad. Short girl with glasses was by far the rudest. Don't work in the service industry if you don't know how to be nice.

First, I admit I'm biased. I prefer MOD Pizza well over other franchise pizza joints. What makes coming here also preferable is the staff. Their attitude and behaviors portray they want to be there and to help you. We've all been in places where the staff clearly doesn't want to be there and even that you're bothering them with your presence. I don't get that in this place which is why I'll keep returning.

They offer a gluten free friendly option, but immediately used utensils that rubbed all over normal pizza making it unsafe for those that can't have gluten.
In the past this wasn't the case and they were able to accommodate.

Seriously great experience! Pizza was prepared nicely and we were asked if we wanted additional toppings and seasonings. They were very generous with the toppings and it was well put together. I had the cauliflower crust pizza, with fresh spinach and mozzarella and peperoni. As for olive oil on the crust! Thank me later

Terrible!!!!! it took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us when we walked in bcs the employess were in the middle of an argument and cussing at each other. 1 person in the back yell to use to LEAVE. even though it was only 9:30pm. The girl working the oven was looking right at us & said nothing until I asked if she could take our order? her response was NO, I work the oven. Then they cut off all the lights except the kitchen. Finally a guy comes to take our order. She put pizza in the over. 3 minutes later its in a box. I tell the girl that the pizza isnt done and she says she cant put it back in the oven bcs they cut the oven off & if I wanted my pizza more done than that I should have told her before she started cooking it not after. We tell her to make sure new pizza & she refused and said to take it home & cook it. I asked for a refund and this rude girl attempted to snatch the pizza out of my hands. Looking at my receipts. there is less than 3 minutes from when I paid to when she processed the refund! This was the worst experience with a MOD Pizza ever!!!!! I went home hungry & so did the people who came in after us & were ignored until they gave up & left.

Beyond disgusting, I have never seen anything like this before. Clearly operated by a bunch of people who have zero interest in their job. I have ordered multiple times from this joint and there is always something wrong with the order. And yes the veggies on top will require a microscope to see them.

The food is not worth the price. It's cheap, and not on the level of the pizza restaurants I've visited in NYC,ATL,or Chicago. For two adults with to dine with pizza & salad will cost over $50. Drinks "soda" will take your bill even higher. Find a real Italian restaurant that makes good pizza because this ain't it...
