I ordered a pizza for pickup online with extra chicken and was greatly disappointed at the quantity of meat provided on the pizza. I would recommend ordering elsewhere especially when being charged for extra and receiving less then what is normally offered.

I just want to acknowledge your worker Lou.. it was a busy night they had very big orders to fill and the line was extremely long but I must say he made the wait not to bad, his customer service was Superb ..he did not seem one bit frustrated, he kept his Professionalism and got those orders out the way…Thank you for having someone like Lou as a employee it goes a long way… Customer service has went down so to come in contact with him was a pleasure!

Nekiaha was amazing ! She didn’t just take my order; she elevated it. She offered topping suggestions I wouldn’t have thought of, paid attention to every detail, and somehow managed to be both fast and incredibly friendly at the same time. You could tell she actually cares about the food she’s making and the people she’s serving, which is rare these days.

i would like to preface by saying that i never have a bad experience here. every pizza i get is a 9.5/10. but idk who worked today but i have a lot of words. ordered my pizza around 12:30ish and picked it up around 12:50ish. whoever made that pizza put their whole heart and soul into it. as i said i usually get a great pizza, 9.5/10. today was a 13/10. i am convinced an italian gramma made me pizza. it was perfect. i'm never going to dominoes again. please give a shout out from me to today's worker. they really know how to make a pizza.

The food and service are top quality! The staff at this location will joyful prepare orders for those with food allergies with caution to avoid coming into contact with allergens. I'm so glad this location exists. It is one of the few food locations my son with a gluten and dairy allergy can enjoy!

Ordered my food for pickup at 2pm and I ordered around 1:30pm. When I got there yes my pizza was ready but it wasn’t hot it was warm and looked like it had been sitting out for awhile. I have been missing the Newport News location so when I was working in Hampton I thought why not grab it for lunch. Well I was wrong ! Totally disappointed and wasted money.
