So I got into a argument with a group of friends/co-workers after a visit to Chipotle. The Chips and Price were the subject of our debate and during that exchange the topic of Moe's came up as a better alternative, I'm happy to say it is. I am a big dude that loves his food and I swear up and down Chipotle measure/weighs and cuts back there chips on top of paying for it and I'm called crazy but I swear it's way less than years ago. At Moe's; they give you the chips with every order and a good amount where the Chip to Queso ratio is near perfect balance.

I know this is weird to go on about Chipotle half the review but I'm serious about my food portions (And Chips), it's the few joy's I get in life and good lord Moe's came through for me and ended a argument with my friends.

I read other reviews. Slow service? No one greeting you? Chairs up? Who cares; go to Chipotle if you want that. This place is for eaters, folk that got to get back to work, don't have time to play around and a place that gives you a decent amount of chips!!

Food is wonderful, filling and priced well. I was there early, just after opening which is not typical of me. I noticed how dirty the food prep area was. Being there just after opening one would think no crumbs, shiny stainless steel, a fragrance of cleanliness. Not the case. Its difficult to get good help, and if you push policy too firmly, you'll have fewer employees its a tough line to walk. I wonder if the city inspection office would approve their continued operations on this day.

Food is good, but dang putting up the chairs for the seating area over an HOUR before close? That's insane 🤣.

Like I understand 30 minutes prior. At that point even not taking orders is somewhat understandable. But refusing people to eat in, an entire hour before the closing time? Is not cool

I had a disappointing experience at Moe’s Southwest Grill. One of the male staff members, wearing a white Titleist cap, was noticeably rude during my visit, which made the experience quite uncomfortable.

It was my first time at Moe’s, and I wasn’t familiar with the ordering process. I also found the American accent a bit hard to follow at first. When I pointed to the ingredient I wanted, his response and tone felt dismissive and condescending. What stood out even more was that after serving me, he was noticeably warmer and more polite with the others in my group, who were White men.

Customer service is just as important as the food, and unfortunately, this interaction left a bad impression. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures all customers are treated respectfully, regardless of background or familiarity with the menu.

I was the only one in line but had to wait 5 or 6 minutes for someone to come out from the back. She was not friendly but not rude. My chips were mostly raw… some were cooked half way. They were out of most of the salsas.

I ordered two bowls through the Moe’s app and was really impressed! I highly recommend ordering on Mondays—the bowl deal gives you way more bang for your buck. The ingredients were fresh, and the meat was cooked perfectly. I also got the queso in the bowl size, and it was delicious. The only downside was the chips—they were overly salty and mostly broken into pieces too small for dipping. Other than that, everything else hit the mark. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

This is the worst location I’ve been to. The staff is extremely rude. My husband and I ordered two earmuffs. The rice was undercooked and crunchy. Everything was bland. I won’t be eating here ever again.
