My birria was dry as crap. The man touched my birria with no dang on glove on his hand. And my portion size was TERRIBLE for $14. My favorite place definitely turned into my most hated place.

The staff are terrible with an exception of one young girl working there. Most of them were in the back and 1 older girl stood at a station barking orders at the young girl having her not only run to the back, but take orders, cook food, bag orders, clean, replenish food sections that ran low. I was picking up an order alongside 2 other people. The older girl took her precious time and after waiting about 10 minutes more people were coming in to place orders. The young girl told me the older girl had not made my order that was placed in advance and that I had to wait for the older girl to take all the walk in orders. I waited about 40 minutes almost to an hour just to get my order made. A guy who was waiting for a pre-order also got frustrated and we both were vocal about our orders. The older black girl and a tall white male began to talk about me amongst each other catching an attitude because I was vocal about my order explaining that I was on a time limit and my order should have been. It was then and only then that my order was made amongst the walk ins just to get me out because they had an attitude. I felt bad for the young black girl because of how she was being treated in the restaurant amongst her coworkers especially by the older black girl. They need to hire better people or order their employees to stop mistreating, abusing and misusing that young girl.
They couldn't get my nachos right. I asked for onions and she put cooked onions and peppers on them. Went there last week they didn't have rice, or guacamole. We left because we got the feeling that whatever we asked for they weren't going to have.

This location has really hit rock bottom. It used to be good and busy all the time. I went there on a Saturday at 6pm and there was only one customer in the restaurant. The place looks like it is going out of business. Employees do not greet you or do not even talk to you or acknowledge me when I spoke to them.
The meats look like they had been sitting for hours. There were no carnitas, no adobo chicken and no crispy chicken. The only meats available were white meat chicken and steak. Both of which you are charged extra for.
The woman did not greet me just asked "what can I get you?" I asked for two burritos, one chicken and one steak. I told her light on the rice, just a small scoop. She procedure to put two full serving spoons of rice on each burrito. She asked if a wanted any beans. I said just a little bit of black beans, like half a scoop. The guy beside her picks up a full rounded scoop of beans for each burrito. They next put the meat on, scooped a spoon and then shook the spoon so only meat covered bottom of spoon, maybe one ounce of meat. Next I was asked to you want any corn. Again, I said just a little on each. Again a full rounded spoon was put on each burrito--the same happened with the Pico de Gallo.
Now with all the liquid from beans and salsa, I could see the burrito was all soggy and the guy was having trouble rolling it. He did not fold it like a burrito, he just rolled it and tucked the edges in. The aluminum foil did not cover the entire burrito and there was a half inch strip of burrito that was not covered by the foil wrap. When we opened the burrito to eat, both burritos were split wide open and half the contents spilled into the foil. The burritos both tasted like rice with corn dish. There was no meat flavoring whatsoever.
I seldom give a restaurant a one star but this Moe's really should not even be in business. Bad service, bad food and overpriced. There were no tops for the salsa containers. There were no napkins stocked. The food prep area did not look clean. The only plus was the chips they gave with the order.
Total cost for two burritos and one drink $31.

Spent quite a bit of money on the taco family kit. Everything was cold and old. Had to ask for half of my order since it was missing. Huge waste of money for extremely sub par food. Wont be back

This is the worst Moes I ever been to.
I’ve had many incomplete orders, i’ve had to wait without any acknowledgment from the staff, no, I’ll be right with you, sir or nothing. Today I got another incomplete order. I’m done with this place. I will never set foot in this place again it’s not worth it.

Came in today around 11:15 with my son. All of the employees were sitting in a booth playing on their phones when we walked in. We had to wait at the counter for them to get up, come to the counter and put gloves on before we could order. Multiple times there was cross contamination with food. They had no food handling skills. The girl working the register was rude. After paying, we sat down to eat. The girl working the register came to the booth across from us and was loudly talking on her phone for about 15-20 mins. It was definitely not a work related call. When she went back to the counter, her and the other employees talked loudly and cussed incessantly. The amount of cuss words they said, knowing that there was a child sitting there was excessive. The whole experience was unpleasant.
I used the app to redeem the BOGO offer. My order was getting made at 8:15 pm, not ready at that time. The employees act like their scared to talk to people.I paid for guacamole in my nachos and did not receive it. Nor did I receive queso on my nachos or my poblano crema on the side.The nachos were dry and extremely dark, I think they were burnt. They did help me with my free queso offer on the app so I'll give them that but everytime i come to this store something is missing with my order.This store has a few issues that I think need to be addressed.

The bowl and burrito were delicious however the chips had been mixed with stale and fresh chips which made the meal less enjoyable.
