Burrito wasn't wrapped properly, didn't give us any salsa with our chips, drinks tasted really bad, staff was okay, but didn't have our to go order ready even though we ordered it 45 minutes prior to us coming to pick it up. Had to ask the staff for our food. Also dining room was dirty. Just overall a bad experience and will not be returning to this location.

WELCOME TO MOES!!!Say it to yourself because they definitely don't anymore. Lost their staple, and I'm not sure why. Kind of kills the old MOES experience but...ehh...rice was hard, and they were out of chicken...?

This is what a $15 burrito looks like, barely the size of my fist. They were out of pretty much everything at 11:30am including chips. I had a bad experience last time I went about a year ago and thought I'd try again. Unfortunately, same story. Staff seem rude and more baked than the quesadillas. Last time I went I thought the employee was about to drool into my open burrito she was so high.

Came 1st thing in morning. Food impression- not fresh. Rice was old, dry, and chewy. The lettuce was slightly wilted. Other veggies were ok I guess. Meats looked dry and could tell they were warmed over. Cleanliness- tables half wiped with dried smear marks from day before. Trash can tops not cleaned well as you could see dried sauce. Some debris bits still under tables and booths. Service- was greeted with cursory "Welcome to Moe's". No smile or enthusiasm. Please take more pride in presentation of quality of food, service, and cleanliness. Not bad overall; but just the bare minimum being done here. I don't think I'll be back.

I get the blazin birria offer today (Feb 1, 2024). I go to Moe's out Hampton, VA to take advantage of the deal they sent to me! I begin to place my order, and the associate tells me " we don't have the blazin birria yet! We're not serving the blazin birria here, cause we don't have it here!! Me and the guy behind me, both walked out, cause this location isn't the best when it comes to service!

Theh close at 9 on sunday, I arrived ay 7:45 to a locked door and employees dancing behind the counter. Guess they closed early for their employee dance party

I don't think I'll be placing any more orders at this location again. Every time I've placed a mobile order for the Hampton Moe's, there's been something wrong.I guess we're supposed to have to rip the bag completely open here to check for something as simple as napkins and utensils, because there's never any included with my burrito bowl to-go orders.I could use my chips, but wait, despite adding a bowl of quaso to this order, I only got 1/4 a bag of chips, and that's being generous.Finally get some utensils and the steak and vegetables in my order are refrigerator cold at this point, which is troubling, as a freshly prepared bowl shouldn't be this cold in 19 minutes from time of my order. I know this to be a fact as I've worked at Moe's.This is definitely not how we were trained to do our job... There was no greeting, the only employee I saw in the entire store just stood there with a look of absolute annoyance on their face...0 customer service or engagement. Sad.Not certain what's going on here, but this location has quickly become worst than Jefferson Commons.

There is always something wrong here. We arrived 45 min before close to just not getting greated like they use too and get turned away and told that they are only doing online orders from a female manager that was ruid!! It's not worth placing an order online and wait longer when I'm standing in front of you. Is there Not enough staff?? Are they over whelmed with online orders to were they are turning customers away from ordering in store?? Is this a new thing at Moe's?

Ordered two bowls online, each came missing over half of the toppings that were requested, INCLUDING the queso I paid extra for (also corn, sour cream, jalapeños, peppers and onions, poblano crema sauce). When I called to tell them, I was told “sorry it won’t happen again next time”. I spoke to Mike who stated a full refund would be issued but has never been received one almost a week later.I will be going to Chipotle from now on.

Man this place use to be so good but since past year it has just went down hill considerably. No customer service whatsoever and the portions are just so small like im a toddler. They don't greet you, are very RUDE TO people no acknowledgement at all. What is the owner doing about this? Because I am definitely going to HR and file a complaint on behalf of 7 witness. If you are the owner you should really look deepwithin on how to run the business and keep it afloat while it lasts. Check the cameras and clean the house.
