I rented a room at The Landing Hilton hotel for a so called Mascarade Ball New Years Eve party on December 31, 2025. Scheduled for 8pm but didnt start until 830p. Recieved a full security check down. Just to find no seating for guests. Appitizers offered for 1hr only. But no seating to enjoy appitizers or rest these sexy heels i wore with our lavish ball room gear lol. They had reserved seating only, which was not offered in ticket sales. So we decided to return to our hotel room that we rented for this specific event and come back later to ring in the New Years that we paid full price for, and was told no re-entry if we leave! Now I'm feeling like we are on lock down at a standing room only event that was not noted in the ticket sales!!! The Landing Hilton hotel should be ashamed to allow such a sad event at their hotel. Most of the patrons are dressed to the T in ballroom gowns and all, are complaining and feeling stuck at this New Years Eve event. Nobody is dancing or happy with this outcome!

Sundays 11am -10pm is what Google says and 12 pm to 4pm is what the Monroe Rooftop website says. We are here now Sunday at 9/15 at 12:53pm looking a complete fool because ITS MY HUSBAND'S BIRTHDAY AND THEY ARE CLOSED! Disappointed is an understatement! So the hours are wrong everywhere. Apparently they are only open Friday and Saturday according to the hotel clerk.

They charge people not just for sections but for regular tables and then DID NOT put reserved on the tables so us and several other customers found a table was sitting and vibing and then was approached about the party of the tables being here, so basically there is no sitting at. All of sudden you have to TAKE YOUR DRINKS AND FOOD AND STAND UP because they charge for everything and there is nowhere to sit.

The website is very misleading The website says the attire was business casual after 6pm, but it was not. everyone was wearing bikini's. It was hardly restaurant or bar style seating, just beach chairs around a pool. There was no assistance and seemingly no food. We paid a surprise 20 fee to get in which was irritating because the website did not mention one. I don't recommend.

We (me and 9 others) had to set-up our own tables and chairs. It's insane that they didn't have tables all around the rooftop - with UMBRELLAS. Having brunch at a rooftop pool with no shade and no seating is crazy; we were all very disappointed.
Great atmosphere!!! I must investigate having an organizational event here!!!

We went after work to enjoy the ambiance and have a few drinks, but learned it is geared towards a younger crowd (less than 30) and not an after work social or family friendly environment. We could barely have a conversation as the DJ kept turning the volume of the music up and only played one genre of music.

The place is beautiful at the rooftop and service is great. It's the half of shots they give you on happy hour for $9.41. I've never ever seen a whole shot that barely covers the bottom line of the cup. I guess I'll drink from my bar at home before I come. Oh and great food
