Ground beef used in the burger was somewhat tasty, but greasy. The shake was bland, far from frozen and had only vanilla flavor, despite ordering coffee flavor. Fries were just ok.

You charge for almost every little thing which can be understandable, but I'm very disappointed with the quality I received. I ordered the A-Wonderful Burger, and specifically ordered cheddar cheese and double A1 sauce. Yet my burger had no cheese at all, and I couldn't even taste the A1 sauce. Very disappointing and absolutely not worth the cost, much less having to pay extra for things that weren't even provided.
Food is always amazing here and staff always smiling.

Gave it a try, not impressed. Overpriced and underwhelming product. I prefer Five Guys hands down. I ordered a build your own burger, they were skimpy on the toppings (tomatoes, grilled onions, etc). Cashier was not attentive & wasn't a good listener at all. I was the only customer in the entire establishment and she seemed preoccupied and displayed a biit of an attitude. I don't plan to patronize again.

Do not go here. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The manager/owner goes in the back, smokes cigarettes, comes back and makes the food and doesn’t wash his hands. The worker that was working had on old gloves, you could see her sweat inside of them; she had them on taking orders and was assisting with making burgers. The toppings (e.g., grilled onions) were old and were kept in the front and used on the burgers and the restaurant had a strange smell. The grill was black and dirty, and the drink machines were out and not carbonated at all… the water didn’t even work; no telling when the last time it was cleaned out. We asked for a refund prior to getting our food and the manager/owner tells us that we can’t get a refund and that’s their policy. We didn’t take the food or even eat the food and he told us that we need to just take the food and go because he wasn’t going to give us our money back. So just letting you know, if you go here and something happens to your food… you won’t get a refund. Business must be that bad that you can’t refund $35 back..
