NOIR Hampton: Simply A Panache Lounge

Deep sigh. Noir. I keep trying with you because you do have acts that i like but please invest in better service. It’s not even a reflection of the servers….they are overwhelmed. If you know you are going to have a packed night invest in more bartenders and servers. I beg you! If you provide better service you will have more guests i promise. And more food selections. How y’all only gonna have wings and popcorn on the menu lmao

I came for the brunch after dark and I had a terrible experience. The brunch started at 10 and I arrived a little after 10:30. When I came in, there were no seats available. I asked the hostess for seating and they informed me that I would have to find a seat. I found a seat at the bar but my partner had to remain standing. We waited about an hour for a table and when we got seated the table was dirty from the last party. When our waiter arrived I asked if I could get something to clean the table or have it cleaned, she told me yes and never bought anything so we had to eat our food on others crumbs/trash. The tickets stated we would have beignets, potatoes, and fruits and we only received potatoes. Very disappointing experiencing.

.was a pretty crowded night so that miscommunication could have happened anywhere so no harm no foul..did taste my friends food and it was delicious lol..Definitely will be going back..see ya soon

Noir is such a special place! The events are curated with an exceptional level of care and attention to detail. The food is amazing! I always have such a wonderful time and I’m so glad to be a member.

Visited this place on new years eve. It was a very classy sophisticated place. The DJs were of the chain, food was delectable, speciality drinks were perfect and delicious, and Cupid the Entertainer was fabulous performer. I danced all I wanted too, line dance and all. This place offers lots of fun things to do so I will be going back.

We excitedly joined this lounge... Spent over $300 for a membership and are not getting what we paid for. We feel it was a bait and switch, as they only cater to secret society members and dangle that as the way to get all the benefits once they get you in at the other levels. All of the benefits they promised were not delivered upon. Cannot get anyone to answer calls or emails. Just an unprofessional organization and such a disappointment:(

Never been to this establishment, so I figured I'd support and try something for the grown and classy! I signed up on the 22nd of July. However, I have yet to receive a welcome email with details regarding my secret society membership. Communication with the establishment has been a bit difficult. I hope they will reach out today! And, in time for me to make tonight's event before it is sold out. I would hate to cancel due to lack of communication.

Update(2 stars to 5 stars) Someone reached out to me via-email the 2nd week and was able to get me straight with my buy1 get1 membership. I attended the candlelight concert & it was beautiful. The ambience was amazing & the food & drinks were delicious! Our waiter was polite, professional & very attentive. I’m not sure why the sign up process for membership was a bit difficult- however, I’m happy that I decided to be patient and give this establishment a chance. When I arrived for the event the ladies that checked me in and helped me with my membership card were beautiful & so helpful!

I am looking forward to returning this month! I think I may just be a regular!

Enjoyed our girls trip including an evening at Noir where the band Better By Tuesday played. The musicians as well as the vocalists were great. Nice menu with delicious food. We had the variety of deviled eggs as well as cocktails. Thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere!!!
