I used curbside pick up tonight. The customer service was amazing. The food was cooked to perfection and well done as I asked. My boyfriend and I ordered the ribs and we were in complete silence smacking on our food lol. Everything was hot and packaged well. I definitely recommend this location. Kudos to your staff Matt… excellent job tonight.
My husband and I came here after he got off work, for his birthday. That was late November. Jennie was our server. She was really kind. The food was good. We tried the fried macaroni bites. Those were great! My husband didn’t seem to like the Caesar salad. I think he just didn’t like the dressing. He’s not much of a salad eater though. Went for dinner at 5:30pm and place was not crowded. We had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated because we needed a table with wheelchair access. We ate the Outbacks Newport News location a few weeks ago and the food and service was perfect. This location did not live up to the same standards.Once seated, the server was pleasant and prompt.
